Taylor gets pass marks from me so far but first half was grim. Still hopeful we can turn things around.

With our own ground in mind, would it really cost that much to jet wash the bird sh1t off the floor of the North Stand concourse; put some tiling in the toilet; put some boarding up / general lick of paint / tidy up; can bar with plastic cups / some shelving round about; set up a couple of tellies for the half time scores and sell some decent food? All I can get to eat is a skanky Cheezy Bean pie! We might not have the £££ English clubs have but if Scottish clubs applied the German ethos of fans come first and how can we make it better for them, more people would go to the football.

I was at the Bolton v Watford game on Saturday. I watched a great game of football in a clean, well organised stadium. The toilets were immaculate, there was a good choice of different food (had a yummy cheese and potato pie) and I had a pint of cider waiting for me at half time in the concourse below via a simple token system. You could even get meal deals with a pint attached. There was no trouble, the atmosphere was great and there was plenty of families and young kids enjoying themselves as well as the men having a drink. All in all a great day out and very civilized. Weirdest things was supporting the team not wearing red and yellow! Scottish football could learn a lot from this (and from Germany) and that includes being able to have a beer at the match. Totally convinced people would come back if you made it a nicer experience with a better choice of food and drink on offer.

There have been enough (less than) subtle hints by some that a change is needed. I interpret that as getting rid of Archie but I agree it's not going to happen. I would defend any fans right to criticise the team selection, tactics etc but to say Archie's not learning or needs help is rather patronising. He didn't need help when he led us to promotion or when he kept us up in the SPL last year. We've lost a few games on the trot, we're all frustrated as Jags fans but it'll get better.

Most sensible post I've read in ages. Archie will be our manager until the end of the season and that's when he should be judged. Yes he deserves some criticism for his odd team selections but shouting for a change in management at this late stage isn't going to help us. Recent bad run has been frustrating but it's not a meltdown. We're Partick Thistle and we win when we want.

Does anyone know if the Aitken suite is open pre match today? Cheers!

By far our best and most consistent player this year. Tackling expert and always gives 100%. The type of player other teams and fans hate playing against. And he's a real gentleman. I really hope he stays at the club for a long time.

Wish it was Chris Erskine coming back. Not a chance in hell, I know.

Coming to the game straight from work? No worries. Get your night started in the best way, a pre-match pint and a plate of good hot grub - all for just £6. The Aitken Suite bar will be open from 5pm until 15 minutes before kick off so there's no excuse not to get yourself in to help build up the atmosphere. There's also no excuse to have no food left whatsoever when we arrived at 6.30pm as well as the long queues and wait to get a drink. Plenty of free mince was served from 7.45pm onwards though. Bring along someone who hasn't been to Firhill for a while, or has maybe never been at all, and show them what supporting Thistle is all about. Words fail me. They got shown alright. The bar will also be open after the game so you can go straight there to toast a great Jags victory before taking the party elsewhere. Ha ha! The bar staff are lovely (all 3 of them) but the place is a sterile beige nightmare and the organisation is amateurish. It could be so much better

Having been to both Rugby park games this season, I definitely think the pitch negatively affects the game. The ball bounces at funny angles and speeds up / slows down unexpectedly. It even catches the Killie players out at times though it was obviously worse for our players. I understand why clubs go artificial but it puts me off going to games. One final moan, please can people stop the Archie Must Go "ironic jokes" already, they're really not funny anymore. Ta

There was so many adults queuing and pushing in to get a signed photo from Osman a lot of kids didn't get one as they ran out. What a gentleman Osman was though, a lovely guy and so polite.

Most of the streams operate with flash software, to the best of my knowledge Apple use Quicktime to play media, so I suspect they won't be Ipad friendly. I'd still try though but I doubt it. You can get them to work on a smartphone, but again you'd need to have flash installed. Can be done on Android but it's footery to install flash. A laptop is the best way, works great connecting it into your big telly with an hdmi cable

I panicked there when I seen the team sheet but I'm sure Higgy and Fraser will do the business. And maybe Stevenson who knows? Gallacher will be better for penalties

Best player is Osman for me, closely followed by Higgy, Fraser and Seaborne. The Hamilton game was also the first time I properly noticed Jake Carroll take part in a game, perhaps he's starting to find his confidence now. It's also amazing seeing big Frans and Seaborne in defence, I think they'll only get better with more games played together.
