Pretty much similar thoughts to me. I tell my wife, even though she does not care very much and probably doesn't listen, but I need someone to talk football with when I get home on a Saturday, that even though we look like a team that is struggling at times for results, when we click, great things happen... Like the 4-0 away at ICT, the 3-1 at home to Aberdeen and 4-2 away to Hearts are the most memorable ones right now. I think there is a lot more to come from this team this season and as for youth development it's only just begun. Like your old man, my older brother said similar things to me, that back in the day when we lost they still had a laugh in the shed, but when we won it was fcking great!

Bit of a thread revival, does anyone know anything about his latest injury and when he might be fit to return? I'd heard he was meant to be out for a month and that was in November but not heard much else.

Is anyone else thinking it's not that bad? I wonder how Caley fans felt when we beat them 4-0 at home. So we lost 2-0 away to a team above us in the league and didn't play particularly well, genuinely believe had Stevenson levelled instead of hitting the bar we would have taken something from the game. It was just one of those days man, it happens, we move on. On the bright side, stats are in favour of a home win or draw against Hamilton... And we're due a win.

I think the game would have been a lot different had it not been for that early goal, absolute murder, such a jammy deflection... Looked like it was going wide or Gallacher had it covered, but somehow snuck in. Felt like we were playing under pressure after that and as has been said the ball in the final third was often poor. A fair point, still think we have the strength in the current team. Time will tell. I don't get the whole TAG thing, I'm a season ticket holder and pretty much never give a thought about TAG. Would rather it wasn't there, not sure the value in it.

Hard to feel sorry for Jackie. Best of luck to GMS, when we played Dundee Utd in the 2-2 game he was by far their best player and most threatening, no wonder Deila wanted him.

Wouldn't be the end of the world if we don't sign anyone in this window, I'd rather that than rush into getting someone who might not be right. Wouldn't mind a couple of loan signings, but if it doesn't happen still reckon we've a better side than the teams in the relegation zone.

Brian Graham, is actually doing quite well with St Johnstone, I'd probably rather him than Anier.

Either Alex is a great manager or the team has some bottle, perhaps both? I thought their bubble had burst after getting beat off Dundee and then a run of bad results, possibly the most impressive thing from this season is bouncing back the way they have. Thinking about it, if you take away a couple of those bad results and they would be top of the league!

Agree, i'm actually jealous how well Hamilton are doing in their first season back, wish it was us right now in the top 6 and not far off the very top. Andreu and Anton-Curier have been fantastic this season, wonder if he would be tempted to try and take Andreu down with him.

Quite surprised by the move as well actually, maybe it will be a genius move. They have a good chance of promotion if he takes them to the Premier League that will be a real test! Think Accies will keep up fairly decent performances at least until next season.
