I would rather Erskine had stayed and Caldwell had left. At least Erskine has proved his worth to Thistle. Caldwell is only taking us in one direction.

Caldwell deserves the sack now, for the results. As somebody already said, if an interim manager got the results Caldwell has you would not employ them.

I am not unsympathetic to how you feel, but a boycott is only going to damage the club even more. We as Thistle fans, health withstanding, will be at Firhill long after most or all of these people that have made a mess of our club are gone.

Thanks for the memories on the park but also of it. Chris and Callum(Booth) visited my son Robert when he was in hospital. It was a surprise visit and when the 2 players went into Roberts bed space his face just lit up with a great big smile. Both players spent over an hour talking to Robert, my wife and myself, they also brought an autographed ball for Robert. Robert died about 4 months later. My wife and I will never forget both players for what they did.

We also need a manager who can win matches. Caldwells record at Chesterfield and now Thistle would suggest he is not that man.

Don't think we will be getting O'Dea. Dundee signed Andrew Davies 4 days ago and he is now out for up to 10 weeks with a broken foot.

Most people looking at the squads in the Championship would have expected Alloa to be bottom of the league. Although our squad is not the greatest I don't think many would have expected us to be doing so badly. The reason we are doing so badly and Alloa are doing so well is imo quite simple. The managers.

Agree BB. Surely the board has some sort of clause in Caldwells contract that covered us if he wasn't doing well. After all he didn't have a great record before he came to Firhill. If we have to pay him 2 years full contract if we paid him off the board are at fault.

Usually I agree with you, on this occasion not. I listened in the car coming home and haven't listened again. The interviewer imo didn't seem to know what to ask him and even said we had lost. Sounded as if they had never interviewed anybody before. Caldwell sounded to me as if he didn't want to answer any questions and when he did just wanted to go on about the ref costing us the win. He also mentioned we were in complete control and were attacking them a lot. I must have been at a different game. Read on the forum we had 2/3 shots on goal, not exactly all out attack. I remember hearing the recording of the meet the manager night when a Thistle fan pulled him up for his poor record since becoming Thistle manager. Again he came out with excuses and stats about shots at goal. But when the gentleman pointed out how little had been on target and even less had resulted in goals, Caldwell quickly went on to another question. We should find out who that fan was and get him to do an interview with Caldwell.

Of course not. Other teams beat us when they shouldn't, other teams win against other teams when they shouldn't and the refs are all against us. Our form is brilliant, in training.

Hughes went to Raith Rovers a few seasons ago round about this time in the season and they still went down. I am sure the same happened with Lennon at Alloa a number of seasons ago.

If there is a problem with the training ground, the fans should be kept up to date but I would hope that the family of Davie McParland was also kept up to date. Before I am questioned about any proof I realise this is just a rumour at the moment.

Don't know what Kerr is like. I would get rid of both. Try and get another manager in with the intention of keeping us up this season and if we were to go down, at least someone who can get us up to the Championship at the first time of asking.

Ran out of likes again. The only thing that is a smaller quantity than the likes we get, is the amount of points Caldwell will get as our manager.
