As may be but the fact remains that the claims are at least possible, if not (hopefully) plausible. The point that the club don't own 100% of the ground shouldn't be lost amongst the recent air of triumphalism. Buying out Propco should be a priority for the Board but given that some Directors are also Propco investors it's hard to see that happening.
