  1. Won by the old fella who sits in front of us. Great wee Xmas bonus for him.
  2. Yeah I wish Collins or Campbell were back in charge.
  3. I got logged in to TAG ok and can access all the media. Sounds like there's a glitch with your account?
  4. Thought he bossed the game while he was on. Looked in good shape. Some great stuff from the Jags tonight and the boys will be disappointed they lost despite being the better team.
  5. There should be a red box part way down email . Click to take you through process where you get the option to upgrade to TAG plus. If you do nothing you are still automatically in core TAG .

I Made the same decision for the same reasons. I reckon it'll be a couple of years yet before there's anywhere near enough content to make it a worthwhile purchase.

  8. Signing being confirmed by Chris Jack
  9. Cheers for that. Didn't make game and good to read a fans summary .
  10. I renewed x2 season tickets through my ipad. No probs. got the email confirmations and credit card showing £616 debited.
  11. A great result. Well done to all. This shows proves if the fans and BoD can work together this club can progress successfully.
  12. My email to the club, FWIW I am a long standing Season ticket holder z88 in the JHS, I don't sit in the NS nor am I ever likely to. However I add my voice to the many hundreds of Jags fans in opposing the relocation of the ' singing section' to the main stand. The NS singing section has been a great success since it's inception. It is solely responsible for generating what is now a superb atmosphere at Firhill match days and we know this helps the team perform. In addition it is a fact the NS set up as it stands has encouraged a good number of those existing Jags fans to attend more regularly. It has also brought new supporters to the club. I have read the Cub Statement of the Official site. Frankly, the reasons given for the relocation look paper thin and appear more related to easing office administration burdens than anything else. The statement will anger and alienate more fans. The BoD are missing the fundamental issue - no Jags fans want to be relocated to the Main Stand on a permanent basis. The current BoD have made great strides in progressing the club and in fostering a feel good factor at Firhill. This proposal, if it proceeds, will, at a stroke, destroy all the widely recognised goodwill built up over the past few years. Moreover, some Thistle fans will be lost to the club permanently. We all know that goodwill cannot be bought and as every sales person knows it is ten times more difficult to attract a new customer than to retain an existing one. As I stated at the top, I'm a longstanding Jags fan and like the BoD, I want to see the club progress. Sadly this current proposal will have the opposite effect. I sincerely hope the BoD reconsider. Yours
  13. So are the BoD saying they can sell more tickets overall if the NS jags fans are housed in the main stand and visiting fans in the NS? If so, how much more money have they calculated will this bring in over the season? If, on the face of it, this swap works financially what have the BoD said in relation to any financial gain against the loss of goodwill from Thistle fans generally and the likely detrimental effect on match atmosphere on the team? Very very poor from the BoD kicking a NS success into touch.
  14. If true then you've really got to ask wtf the BoD are playing at . Becoming more of a complete farce of a decision (if that was possible).
  15. I've never sat in the NS and not likely to. However the fans in there create a great atmosphere. I'm pretty sure if the players were asked they would say it makes a big difference to them. A bizarre decision to change this. Ridiculous not even to consult before making the decision For sure some fans will be lost to the club as a result. Very poor from our BoD .
  16. Archie has delivered twice in two seasons - a championship after we we left in the lurch followed by top league survival on a tight budget . The only 'pudding' around is the poster who made that reference and who seems to be a bit of (spotted) dick.
  17. Well done to all at the club . The target to survive in the league achieved - absolutely fantastic. Can we now finish 7th for icing on the cake?
  18. Yeah I thought Hibs were decent today . Our goal - - nicely done Dools - was against the run of play. Thought we defended determinedly and Galls was superb. We were better 2 nd half but a draw was more than fair to us . Unbeaten now in 3 games and 5 points from 9 is good going . I fancy Hibs against Ross C on what I saw today.
  19. Neither to start . I'd rather see Dools play just behind Lyle. Chris is out of confidence and Lawless has had little game time and has looked well off the pace when he's been used as sub.
  20. ^^ Pretty much this. As Lambie might say we've shot ourselves in the elbow in a lot of games this season. Hopefully though we're good enough to stay up and get the chance to push on next season.
  21. Well, they sure played like monkeys rather than professional footballers today , so peanuts it is
