  1. It's really quite simple. We should have a 14 team top league. Everyone plays each other twice, home and away - 26 games. The league then splits into 6/8. Each players each other twice, home and away - 10 games for the top 6 14 games for the bottom 8. 4 OF games for TV - Sorted More income for the teams in the bottom half - Sorted through two extra games. Have 2 up and 2 down - Winners and runners up. - Sorted The second division should have a league of 16, playing each other twice home and away. Below that another league of 16 before descending into regionals.
  2. Why don't you queue at the "home end" and walk in. Go "oops i got the wrong side" and ask to step over the little barrier.
  3. O'Donnells(and debatably Forbes) was better.
  4. You quoted my post. What you posted was completely irrelevant to what i had said. I was just answering his question.
  5. We want a "B" team We want a "B" team We're Partick Thistle We want a "B" team
  6. That wasn't what was asked. I'm not even sure of the relevance of it. We can guess all we want, but if you ask the club then you'll get an accurate figure.
  7. Nope, but then again they haven't for any other game. Unsure if they'd still have the splits for the entire season.
  8. Won't happen. Absolutely ridiculous.
  9. A "live feed" like BBC Alba? Already been suggested Was disappointed to see someone from the North stand, jump over the barriers and join the players celebrating the first goal. While clearly the exception, rather than the norm, this sort of thing can endanger the wonderful arrangement we currently have We'd need Morton's agreement to that. But is it really the best thing. If we did reach that too, that'd be three games rescheduled for midweek, with only a month to play them...
  10. That's part of the "problem". Nobody goes to these games, so can't notice the performance. They all remember his last game, the dodgy QP performance. Scully never touched the ball with his hands on Saturday. The only touches he had on Saturday were goal-kicks. Play him against Accies, they'll be so negative that they won't even shoot.
  11. Why wait til Xmas to sell them? Sell them now. The vibe of positivity is massive right now. Launch them for sale instantly(clearly advertising that they are only valid for 9 league games) You'll get people buying them now, as well as others buying for Xmas.
  12. Aitken Suite is your place then. Support the club If your looking for atmosphere, go behind the goal into the North Stand. Singing Section is located there.
  13. The Aitken Suite. It's the bar inside the ground.

The money is due by the 21st of November, the next DAFC home game is the 24th.
  15. Decent to know where we'll be allocated. I definitely think we'll sell out more than our allocation. Would it be possible for PTFC to do a "card display" behind the goal on the day of the final? This is our first one, so it's still a special occasion, imagine the reaction of the players if they came out the tunnel and saw one end of the ground solid red, yellow and black. It would be pretty special.
  16. We have been playing really well at home, 7 wins out of 7 suggest that, however i feel tomorrow is our first big test at home. We've "only" played the promoted sides, a Falkirk side getting to know each other and a depleted Raith team. If we can get through our next few home games, against the tougher sides, with a lead at the top we'll do really well.
  17. Dunfermline need to pay £81K to HMRC by the 21st of November or they are in deep deep doo-doo. Administration at the least.
  18. He's entitled to his money. The SFA issued him with a fixed term contract, they don't want him anymore, therefore they must honour it.
  19. Because, i'd imagine they believe each national team manager should be given two campaigns to try and get us to qualify. The first is for their teething errors and the second is the serious qualification bid.
  20. I think, overall, Greaves has been a great thing for PTFC. A lot more national exposure, I also think it's one of the reason's we've had so many unique kits over the last few years, rather than just template jobs. From the newspaper article, it sounds like Greaves knew this would be a one deal only thing, and that's why stock has been so poor in the last couple of years. Hopefully we get someone else in, but i doubt we'll do better than Greaves.

Great. All these gloryhunters mean i'll struggle to get my usual, pay at the gate, seat.
  22. If Hearts were to get liquidated then the precedent was set last year, they can be a new club in the same colours with the same badge and play at the same ground using the same name and play in the Third Division.
  23. Yes it is. There are more people living in the outskirts of London then in Scotland.
