is he fred the cheese cloths brother? -
I feel sorry for the 3500 odd that went today and had to pay to watch that drivel today! It just showed how scummy there fans were, everytime a Brechin player went to take a shy they were abused and given the viccys, I remember one bit in the first half when there was some woman about 40-50 year old, giving the w4nker sign to a brechin player taking a shy in full view of the tele, ugly cow had probably been let out her kennel for the day. Scottish fitba will be pishing their frillys if this team is apparently going to fly up the leagues to the spl, we would tear them a new hole.

The Scottish & Ramsden's Cups - A Cynic's View
jags on tour replied to CCjag's topic in Main Jags forum
did you see the interview with the other guy malcolm murray, hes a pr1ck aswell. didn't think I could hate Ian Black any more until I seen him in the Rangers strip, Scottish cup winner in his last competitive match and now playing here with the bigots, would love to see him hawfed into the terracing . -
its their home top if thats what you mean

Shugster has been solid, sitting infront of the back 3 mopping things up and rarely gives the ball away, he's good at what he does but IMO Rowser does the same and also gets forward and has a dig every now and then,

good performance today from the lads, we were in control for the full game and never looked like conceding, clyde had a half chance right at the end with an overhead kick but Fox saved comfortably. should have been alot more comfortable than 1-0 but we played well. the bounce on the astroturf is really unpredictable so a wins a win playing on an familiar surface. we looked good going forward but then the move breaks down when we get to the box and try our tippy tappy try to walk it into the net nonsense. Doolan should have been on alot earlier as Elliott was ineffective playing in an advanced role himself and we won't be winning any league with Elliott as our main striker. the whole backline were solid, really like the look of the boy Muirhead, I think he could be the signing of the season. Bannigan and O'Donnell were up and down the line non stop, Shug,Welsh and Lawless were solid, some cracking wee flicks and touches from Lawless but the other players weren't on his wavelength. Erskine kept running all day, frustrating at times when he loses the ball but Jackie seems to have improved his work rate and he chases the ball back whenever he loses it, the whole team seem to be hunting in packs whenever the ball is lost, Shug, Welsh and O'Donnell broke up alot of moves getting tight to the man and getting a tackle in. Dools came off the bench and looked lively and was on hand to score after a good shot from Bannigan, the keeper couldn't hold onto it and Doolan was on hand from a few yards to take it past the keeper and roll in, vintage Doolan, calmness under pressure. Forfar will be a hard game as I noticed they beat Dunfermline today, I think we will play better on the grass though, Dools to start next week.

its hard enough trying to score a pen from 12 yards, never mind 12 metres!
-
id go for fox o donnell paton muirhead archie bannigan lawless murray welsh erskine doolan subs:wightman,balatoni/craigen,sinclair,elliott,mcguigan
-
aue they were the same last year, i had an xxl top 2 years ago when we wore the hoops, got an xxxl new home top and it wasn't big enough, poor show
-
paton played cb yesterday, i would be a bit worried with rowser at the back though, dunno if shuggy murray could play there. if we had 2 cb's injured we would probably need to change to a back four
-
ladbrokes have odds on rangers winning the league online, a tenner treble would pay £75.80, thistle are winning £70 of that though!
-
I know folk say football is all about opinions but I think that the fact everyone is saying the same thing and not having a disagreement says everything!

thought bannigan was easily MOTM,solid throughout in both cm and at lwb. lawless, welsh, muirheadn and shuggy murray played well too. liked the look of muirhead, no nonsense defending and I can see him getting a goal or two throughout the season, he drifts in at the back post quite well and isnt afraid to stick his heid in where it hurts as he did in the 2nd half. Elliott looks to have worked hard up top in the gym, last year he would just keep the head down and run like a little boy lost but he seems a bit stronger and was actually bullying bigger guys off the ball. its still early but we have got alot to look forward to this year. wee lawless looks like a find, just hope he doesn't turn out like a stevie murray type, although lawless is more a central mid player so is more likely to be involved in the play than murray who was stuck out wide. the only disappointing thing was the celtic crowd really, i know they were playing Ajax today aswell but I thought there would have been a similar crowd as there was last year. dunno why all 3 stands were open for a pre season tournament when its not open for a league game. all thistle fans were put in half the the JH, and im sure the celtic and airdrie fans could have fitted in the JH aswell and saved the money of opening 3 standsl

happy with that! another 6-1 will be fine! the rangers at home to east fife, i wonder who will be favourites!
-
I thought Rangers were dead! who would have thought of the day east fife would have been seeded higher than the rangers!
-
draw is now tomorrow at 12.30.
-
sevco at hunbrox come on!
-
imagine there was a day of glasgow-ish mega derbies, queens park vs hunsco, jags vs morton, celtic vs st mirren, strathclyde police would have to call in reinforcement!
-
yeah i can't believe they are still selling that hideous pink thing with the blue diamond at the neck, they've still got all the old brown and pink camo hoodies, time for some new gear.
