  1. Entirely predictable. When Scott Brown is your captain what chance have you got?
  2. Nothing wrong with the opening post. It would be good to get a nice sum for him, would be happy if he stayed as well. Perhaps the petty personal remarks can be kept to PM's in the future? Pretty tiresome reading.
  3. Training with Killie.
  4. Last 10 mins a lot better, first 35 we sat far too deep.
  5. Stevenson isolated, absolutely nothing for midfield to pass to. Struggling to get out our half.
  6. Seabourne has barely played or trained, wouldn't start him. If Elliot is fit he could go in at RB and shift Miller over to CB or alternatively just start with Hendry. He looked the part last week. Doolan to keep his place with Pogba coming off the bench. Lawless in for Stevenson/Amoo.
  7. Mickael Mandron in talks over loan move according to Twitter
  8. STV stating it's Gary Miller on an initial 12 month contract
  9. Craigen has signed for Raith Rovers. Should do very well for them
  10. Was there not something done previously like this? Think it was called the Firhill Music Collective or something similar?! (perhaps I've made this up?) I know it wasn't run by the club but how succesful was it? Perhaps if they set up a stage outside the JH with some food stalls, beer tents etc then they could be on to something. Sadly I can't see the authorities going for this....
  11. Twitter has exploded with this. I don't think I've ever seen so many different news outlets running with a Thistle story!
  12. I think Scott Millar came from Clydebank rather than the Juniors. He was definitely shocking though!
  13. Balatoni confirmed as leaving on his Twitter.
  14. Kilmarnock are close to finalising the signings of Partick Thistle striker Kallum Higginbotham and Hearts midfielder Scott Robinson. (The Herald, print edition) Considering how outspoken he was about the state of Hamilton's artificial pitch I'd be amazed if he'd sign for a team who play on the same surface.
  15. Left back position sorted before the season has finished. Ideal.
  16. Elliot on a 2 year deal. Booth signs a 1 year contract.
  17. An amazing project and a wonderful tribute to your daughter. Donation made and I wish you the best of luck.
  18. I don't think Scully is up to being our number 1 next year so if Fox does go then a replacement will be needed.
  19. A very reasoned and classy post there Billko, your son is in good hands! I hope he gets something lined up, not every player gets to the top having only played for one team (Stuart Bannigan being a prime example). Thanks for all your updates as well over the last few years, they have been a great insight in to the academy.
  20. Comfortable victory without ever really being at our best. If we'd scored in the 1st half then I think we'd have gone on to score a bucket load, but more than happy to settle for 3 :-) I didn't think Stevenson was too bad, put in a good bit of work rate which is more than Taylor did. Thought he didn't look at the races from the off. Stevenson did seem to give a reaction to the fans after he scored so perhaps it was just me who thought he was decent! Bannigan was the main man, he was terrific. Needs to learn that he doesn't need to fly in to every single challenge though, a few wild ones again yesterday. Booth has come on to a great game and I'd be more than happy to sign him up for next season. It would be great to retain SOD as well but that if he gets his move south then good luck to him. He's been great to watch and can only progress South of the border ( please don't go to DU!) Lawless was great again, he's been excellent for most of the season and hopefully he'll sign up again. Lastly, it was great to see Doolan back on the scoresheet. His finish after seeing it on the highlights was far more difficult than it looked at the time. Still offside thiugh!
  21. Boyle, Rowson, Cairney, Erskine, Hodge, MacNamara
  22. Every transfer window that Archie has overseen as Jags manager has always left the squad in a stronger position. No panic signings, sure some don't work out but that happens to the very best of managers. I think one of Archie's strongest traits is his ability in the transfer market, which when you consider how long he's been a manager is pretty impressive. Welcome back Lyle, now have a word with your mate Higgy to get the finger out!
  23. Great signing for the Dons if it goes through.
