Spot on post JJ, in this day and age where lets be honest for most families every penny counts, spending a decent amount of a weekly wage on 90 minutes of little excitement in poor surroundings in poor weather with not so great catering and not to mention police or stewards asking you to sit down/ shut up/ don't sing that song/ etc etc can we really wonder why folk spend there money else where, yes we are better value for money for families that any other club, but its still not value for money if its not enjoyable (especially for the kids), i've had some great days at firhill in the past even when weve been beat due to the atmosphere, the patter and the laughs we used to have.... we seem to have lost that, but so has football in general, whats the answer if i knew beatie and co would have been told already so we could turn it around, part of the reason we're on our arse is because scottish football is also on its arse...... grim days ahead as i can't see the corner being turned by us or any other club in the next few years. Saying that i canny wait to get back at xmas to see the games, moan about the ground, laugh at some of the comments and scald myself on a bovril, absence soes make the heart grow fonder, but i dont have to justify the outlay every 2nd week.
