  1. Also, the proposal isn't to replace Jagzone, but to post snippets to YouTube that are already bring posted to facebook. This is probably a handful of videos a week, which would take no time at all to upload or maintain (just turn comments off to avoid the need to waste time on moderation).
  2. Maybe, but the point isn't necessarily to Marke money out of it but to advertise Jagzone. Many young people are choosing to watch YouTube over TV and these are the people who will be Jagzone subscribers of the future. Think of it as kids go free, yes it makes more money if you charge a fee, but long term you might get season ticket purchases by nurturing a relationship from a young age.
  3. Through advertisements. Some youtubers are earning millions. Pewdiepie is probably one of the most famous people among u30s and yet over 30s have no idea who he is. I wouldn't know who he was if my wife wasn't under 30.
  4. I see what you mean, but what about using YouTube to advertise Jagzone? The official facebook account posts snippets of interviews inviting people to see the full thing on Jagzone. It wouldn't take long to upload this on an official YouTube account. Similarly, now I don't used snapchat as I don't get it, but could the club also share images that are shared on facebook like the doolan 100, or matchday Posters to subscribers somehow? I really don't know what this would add different to Twitter, but it is a cheap way of advertising to young people who are now often looking at facebook and twitter as outdated.
  5. Anyone having trouble with Jagzone? I was Lage in and I get 2 seconds of Michael Max before it cuts out. If i refresh i only get the same 2 seconds.
  6. That's Dundee out the running and County needing an incredible set of results. Its unlikely that Killie will get seven points, so one win should be enough.
  7. Those wages are interesting, but I wonder if the averages are hiding some real differences between some of the clubs at out end of the table. For example, one club might have a large squad overall but filled with youths, bringing their average down compared with a team comprised only of experienced pros. Overall wage spend is far more useful. I'd prefer to see boxplots for player wages at eqch club with a value for number of players considered and another for overall player spend, but that isn't going to happen.
  8. That video was brilliant. Haven't heard our fans like that since Campbell. You'd never think these were fans of a top half Team. Gutted not to get a post match analysis from the wee guy.
  9. I was so sure I was at this game, I remember it as though I was in the North Stand. I just ran the IP tool on the posts I made during the game and it shows I posted from my old house in Southampton. I guess I just watched Doolan's goals so many times I felt as though I was there.
  10. What a video. I was smiling the whole way through. I would love a chart showing all his strike positions and whether they are headers, left or right foot strikes. I might do it in the next few weeks if I find the time. "You couldn't have written that. If I was to have made up the story that's exactly the way I would have written it."
  11. I really enjoy listening to the two of them. When Cerny is on the deck holding his coccyx then I think its ok to suggested that's what is hurt.
  12. Because he was a bit of a knob when he left.
  13. What a game. By no means a classic but for the ten or fifteen minutes we were playing decent football we were unstoppable. Two very classic Doolan goals, our top league goalscorer and a fitting tribute to Robert. Even better scoring then into Scott Fox. I never thought I would see a top six thistle Team, but we're in the driving Seat now and with both us and Killie due to play the old firm I can now see it happen.
  14. Elliott probably out best player so far. Better Start to the second half... Need a goal in this period.
  15. ICT level. County looking much better, in control and using the width of the pitch well. Fairly even on chances though I reckon.
  16. Incredibly sad news. I obviously didn't know him but I did know who he was. I was always in favour of the move to put home fans in the north stand, but when I saw Robert I knew it was a fantastic move. I don't get to many games but whenever I have done it always seemed like Robert was part of the furniture. It'll be a different place without him.
  17. I'm hoping for a minor injury tonight that will thrust Liam into the squad. Doubt he has any other eligibility, if he did it would have been mentioned in his press interviews. It would serve Scotland right if he did get a game for another country though.
  18. Castle Grayskull was the home of He-man, Snake Mountain was the home of Skeletor, the baddie! How many times must this be said!!!
  19. I agree. For his development it would have been great for him to be involved. It would have been great for us too as it could potentially increase his transfer value, if only by a little. It would show our youth players that you can develop while playing for a non-OF team. I feel that this is part of a Scotland manager's role, to further the game in the country. So with a meaningless game why play a bunch of past it journeymen? It would help the game in the country if young players at Thistle, Motherwell, Hamilton etc thought they had a chance to step up.
  20. With that Scotland squad announcement I reckon it will have made Lindsay's mind up. He has to leave if he wants in the squad. It's a shame as the Canada game would have been perfect for him to get a run out.
  21. All I've seen is the goal, but Doolan didn't need to do much to brush O'Dea off the ball, just a simple shoulder challenge. O'Dea went down as he knew he had lost the race for the ball, but had to have a go at the referee to convince himself he wasn't to blame.
  22. Wouldn't pay for either, never will. Never had a pay TV subscription other than Netflix, Amazon and Jagzone.
