  1. MacLennon's statement stinks of a cover-up. He even says Rangers was the only club to send in a resolution which was rejected by SPFL board, THIS IS A LIE. Hearts sent in a similar resolution which Ann Budge has a receipt/acknowledgement for.
  2. The SPFL held Dundee's email back and phoned DFC offering them free loan players(from Celtic), to change his vote. DFC said they would consider it. DFC had the whole conversation recorded and shared it with amongst others Rangers. Conspiracy theory only.
  3. Dundee must vote NO. a) Looking for promotion and would have a very good chance in play offs b) Voting YES would see their bitter rivals promoted.
  4. So Rangers voted YES, and handed Celtic the title! That'll go down well with their supporters.
  5. Wouldn't surprise me if the board accepted our fate if the authorities offered ourselves and Stranraer a financial package. Four games v Clyde but 2 trips to Cove and Peterhead to look forward to. Totally shafted me thinks.
  6. My thoughts on the vote: SPL 9 YES 3 NO (Hearts, Rangers, Aberdeen) Champ 7 YES 3 NO (Thistle, Inverness, Dundee) Div 1 5 YES 5 NO (Stranraer, Falkirk, Airdrie, Montrose, East Fife) Div 2 6 YES 4 NO (Edinburgh City, Elgin, Cowdenbeath, Queens Park) TOTAL 27 YES 15 NO YES percentage is 64% Just my predictions, although some could be financially seduced to change their vote.
  7. IF you take Div 1 as an example, would Falkirk, Airdrie and Stranraer all vote against? If the other 7 voted for it, that's only 70%. Therefore it can't go ahead or am I missing something?
  8. A lesser precedent occurred in 1939 when the Scottish Leagues were null and voided after 5 games due to the outbreak of WW2
  9. The 1,000 season ticket sales will bring in 1,000 x £ 300 (taking an average) is £300,000 which may hamper new players come the summer but at least it keeps them afloat until then with something to spare.
  10. Walsall's website stated yesterday they had sold 1,000 season tickets for next season already. We should do similar.
  11. Makes too much sense to me for it ever to be considered.
  12. He's not well, as far as I'm O'Ware.
  13. I wonder if the Pilot cannae wait for 'January'.
  14. Not Thistle related, but Liverpool beat Fulham 10-0 in 1986 Semi-Final. I have the match programme for the 2nd leg at Fulham. It says, "If the aggregate scores are level after 90 minutes, there will be 30 minutes extra time followed by penalties." lol
  15. No problems. I certainly meant numbers as opposed to starting XI. I would think Hazard will start, otherwise why sign him? Saunders i agree with you, will start until O'Ware is back. Harkins I expect will start too, not sure what role. As for Roy up front, I don't know what he is capable of, so maybe a plan B from the bench.
  16. If you don't know how signing a GK, CB, CM and CF strengthen the spine, I'd be wasting my time explaining.
  17. Certainly the spine of the team has been strengthened imo.
  18. jermaine defoe signing for rangers
  19. Saunders has played in every reserve game this season so fitness isn't a problem. Good signing imo.
  20. Really ?? Surely we need someone who has been there, done that and got the t-shirt.
  21. "He's useful in the air." (so are the RAF)
