  1. There isn't a team in our division that we can't beat I reckon. The trick is doing it consistently. Winning team playing decent football equals bigger crowds. It's simple really
  2. Welcome aboard Toasters. Great story, would make a good wee article for the programme imo.
  3. I guess if it for off the ground it would be a fee to the sfl to share amongst its members then teams involved in the games would get an arranged match fee. The sfl could also hold back Sevco''s cut as a security bond in order that they fulfill their fixtures.
  4. I reckon we could find our way past those three sand dancers as well
  5. I'm sure a few folk deserted the Jags when Souness started spending minty Moonbeams magical money in 86? Our crowds were bad then but we were pretty pish and had various crises to contend with. I thought there was an increase in our league attendances last season. A cup run or two would be pleasing
  6. I took a mate who was a Celtic fan to the game last season with no probs. He wasn't wearing colours mind. Seemed a good atmosphere with lots of younger fans I'm both supports, despite having to pay a fiver. No sectarian pish and the green brigade were quite entertaining.
  7. Any thoughts on how we lined up and where players fitted in? Players being tired or putting in a shift is not great analysis for a pre-season game Looking forward to the weekends tourney now.
  8. So is Lawless playing the Cairney role in midfield?
  9. Should Sevco be allowed into the Ramsdens cup? I feel there may be a conflict of interest as both Sir Craig Whyte and Chuck Green have both been spotted at the argylle street branch with increasing regularity over the last few months.....
  10. If anyone chooses to believe what is written in that publication that is their right. Personally I take anything written in it with a cardiac arrest inducing shovel-load of salt.
  11. Not sure about your last point Twinny. They managed to overspend and get into administration the last time they were in the top division Ravanelli and Cannigia
  12. Sevco couldn't afford his wages
  13. Sorry if being thick but how would the clubs with conflicts of interest have had their votes represented? I think Dundee, Airdrie Utd and Stranraer came under this bracket? If two said yes, maybe the abstentions were lumped in with them?
  14. Not read it yet but my opinion is that Sevco entering football at the bottom tier will cost Celtic more than any other club. Those two clubs have been intertwined for many a year and hell mend them
  15. You can buy online from the club shop mate
  16. Was there not actually a rule about this? If liquidated during the season, Pars stay up. If liquidated off season Dundee up......
  17. We are now the oldest professional club in Glasgow
  18. Aye, feck it! I'm in. Forever and ever.......
  19. If the record stated grass was definitely green I would have a wee check out the kitchen at my back garden........
  20. Who didn't want them at all? Raith Rovers?
  21. Forever and ever.... Good times. So is that the end of the beginning now? Looking forward to the preseason tournament now 2-1,v Alloa? Jackie must go.....
  22. The problem is that re-construction seems intertwined with getting Sevco a kneeling at the Spl trough asap. I hope that there is an opportunity to separate the two issues on Friday but the vote/ votes seems as muddied as the rest of this summers dark waters. I think you make a good point with feeling tired of the whole cluster**** and the cartels, sorry associations will hope the clubs and their fans will just shuffle back to whatever is placed in front of them
