  1. Likewise, previous trip was the B&Q cup tie. It was that long ago I thought we got beat in extra time. Their floodlights are definetly better nowadays. Two red puddings this season, going for the hat-trick tomorrow. Might not seem so appetizing in day-light right enough. Can I claim a discount as I bought one prior to Fog-gate?
  2. Welcome back to Firhill Andy. I'm sure things will go better for both parties this time Good signings by Archie and good on the board freeing up funds to bring these lads on board. Both are versatile with McMillan able to play both full back positions and in midfield if required. Dowie while predominantly a centre back has played central defensive midfield as well, on occassion. Also a great chance to see if they fit the bill for next season. We Believe!
  3. Vultures banner in the Northy for the Morton game?
  4. Good signing, imo. Welcome to Firhill Jordan. Joining a more sensibly run club at last. Third time lucky
  5. Ditching Gus MacPherson and appointing Alan Johnston seems to have helped. Also they are the only full-time club in SFL2. Still, they won their league in style and will provide our stiffest test in the remainder of our season.
  6. They have been quoted to have £60million of outstanding debt. No luck Elvis.
  7. Was a good atmosphere, one of the best on the road this season. Players were very impressed according to their social media posts. Kincardine Bridge was open. Due to some poor navigating the promotion van took a trip over the Forth Road bridge on the way back
  8. McGuigan? In league games anyway.
  9. Is the Kincardine bridge open again? Was shut for the Fog and Pars game?
  10. Ours is not to reason why, Ours it but to do or die!
  11. If its on I'll be there. Probably get supporters bus. Probably struggle to beat the 700 odd from the abandoned game.
  12. The HMRC debt of £135,000 would seem to be heavily outweighed by the soft loans from directors. Anywhere between £8-£26million I fear a lot of behind the scenes staff will be made redundant. Bryan Jackson in charge so he will keep any players with a resale value and ditch the likes of Gallagher and Kirk(highest earners) and younger players not ready to play first team football. Also small local creditors will get it tight. The wee man always loses in these situation, it seems. From a football sense, I'm glad that Pars fans have a chance of having a club to support and we may not lose points in the title race. Also a chance we may benefit from picking up one or two players like we did with Scott Fox? Ordinary folk, players and small businesses will lose out. Masterton? Well from what I've read he will be the main creditor? The ball is in his court I reckon.
  13. Going down admi.istration route. I fear there will be savage cuts but the club should survive for now. I fear there will be swingeing job cuts. Sad day but better than dieing for their fans?
  14. I'm queing up from 9am on the 7 April to make sure I get in Good effort Iain
  15. The snow set off the Crosby Bing nicely It doesn't seem as bad when covered. Maybe landscape gardening would be worthwhile? A few red n yellow flower/plant arrangements?
  16. If this weather keeps up, the cup final could be our next game
  17. Good point, some great delivery for the goals. Welsh's cross and Sinky's raking pass were excellent. Craigen battling for the ball to get the ball to Erskine to begin the fifth showed determination. Goals and assists right through the team.
  18. I reckon Aaron was keeping a wee eye on him diving. No way McNeill could re-adjust with all that padding on once he committed
  19. Gets better and better Cheers for the highlights LiviTV top work again fella!
  20. The JHS was built almost 20 years ago, the North Stand 10 years ago, seems to have escaped the planners mind?
  21. This. Although Kris is looking sharp as well. Just don't play them together Mr Archibald
