scotty
I reckon I'm pretty daft when it comes to giving cash to the Jags, like many others. But WHY do we do it? Because one day you will be rewarded with a cushion! (or even better - a win!)

Junior
sell bit of the pitch off to fans at the end of the season , wont raise much but a few people might like to own a bit of the Firhill turf

Yellow & Redneck
What it will almost certainly mean is that there is little chance of a Firhill Cup this year...at Firhill at least. And we can all look forward to a ton of exciting away pre-season fixtures. Roll on Dumbarton!

Good point re Firhill Cup....wonder if it would be feasible to hold immediately after last game of season eg 530 start ?
BowenBoys
Anything we can do to support the club and help with the pitch problem will be welcome. New fundraising thread starting this evening. Please give it your support.
mad-jag
sell bit of the pitch off to fans at the end of the season , wont raise much but a few people might like to own a bit of the Firhill turf I remember years ago they did this at Hampden when they relaid the pitch. They cut it into 2ft X 1ft sections and bagged them up. Sold them for a fiver a piece with a certificate of authenticity. My maw was delighted when I dug up a few patches of her lawn and replaced it with Hampden turf! It actually took pretty well (eventually!)
