sigesige00
1. Abolition of offside, and reduction of the number of on-pitch players from 11 to 10 By these changes, there will be a much larger attacking space and more goals. 2. The number of the players (including substitutes) is 23 The World Cup rule should be applied to all competitions 3. Unlimited substitutions Like Ice Hockey and Futsal 4. The pitch must be 68m*105m 5. Teams can play without GK Like Ice Hockey, the losing side can withdraw GK and add an offensive player 6. When goal-kick is kicked, the ball is in-play Under the present rule, when the kicked ball crossed the penalty area line the ball is in-play. By using this rule the GK can waste time. For example, kick the ball very weakly not to go out of the penalty area. Therefore, this rule should be changed. 7. Corners can be kicked from the side the team likes Under the present rule, the corner must be kicked from the side which is closer to the point the ball crossed. However, since there is no difference of the length to the goal, this rule is unnecessary. Corner can be kicked from both side the team chooses. 8. Conversion kick Like Rugby, conversion kick should be introduced. For example, goal is 10 points and conversion (from the penalty spot) is 3 points. 9. In the case of draw In the case of draw, the side with more corners wins 10. Abolition of shoot-outs The V-goal (golden goal) should be reintroduced. In that case, the kick-off should be changed. Ball is placed on the centre mark and no one is allowed to enter the centre circle. From this situation, the extra time starts. 11. Abolition of away-goals 12. Sin-bin (penalty box) When an yellow card is shown, the player is sent to the sin-bin for 15 minuites 13. Abolition of card suspension Fouls must be punished in that game, except extreme anti-sporting behavior, such as attacking referee or racist offense

sigesige00
Do you know the IFAB (International Football Association Board)? The IFAB consists of the FIFA (4 votes), England FA (1 vote), Scotland FA (1 vote), Wales FA (1 vote), and Irish FA (1 vote). Rule change requires 6 votes. Why do the 4 FAs still have such right? The IFAB must be abolished.
McKennan
Sin binning and penalty corners are, IMHO, great ideas.

sigesige00
Oh, I was forgetting. 14. GK is not allowed to cross the centre line. If GK crossed the centre line, a red card is shown. GK wears different colour from FP. If GK joined attack, that might cause confusion. Therefore, GK is banned from joining attack by crossing the centre line. Instead, team can withdraw GK and add an offensive players, like Ice Hockey. Jaggernaut
And the points of PK should be differentiated: deliberate foul -- full points (same as normal goals) accidental foul -- lower points Why don't you start up your own league, call it sigesigeball, or something like that? Here's one: when the ball hits the post or the crossbar and goes out of play, it should be a corner every time. This would keep the momentum going with the attacking team, rather than ending the sequence of action.

sigesige00
9. In the case of draw In the case of draw, the side with more corners wins If both sides earned the same points, and the numbers of corners are the same, the side with more throw-ins in the opponent area (over the centre-line) wins. Sandy Gall
I'm For making the posts and crossbar 3 feet wide. This will generate more rebounds and make for more exciting goalmouth stramashes (or strangles). Also a 30 second shot clock should be used to encourage more shots on goal before possession must be handed over to the opposition. And we should play in a big gym with several referees and cheerleaders too.
Sandy Gall
Also a 30 second shot clock should be used to encourage more shots on goal before possession must be handed over to the opposition. Or maybe a less demanding countdown, as half a minute of possession might be a big enough challenge for some.
