stuart_adam
This man is an absolute disaster of a ref. I don’t care how bad we were today, he had by far the worst performance of anyone! First of all Hibs hit the deck mentality was responded to with a free kick every single time. Then to add insult to injury that foul shy, that has to be the most horrific decision I have seen at senior football level; what made it worse was he knew it was a foul shy and he knows the rules but he just lets him take it again... even the hibs players looked bemused! Personally feel like he needs to be dropped from this level until he learns the rules.
ClydebankJag
Not df nding him in any way but there were a few occasions when the Hibs players went to ground and he waved play on, resulting in fury around me that he wasn’t calling them out for diving. stuart_adam
Yeah have to agree actually I do now remember Simon Murrays first half dive. What’s more frustrating is most of free kicks against us there was minimal if any contact
kevin energy
It was if Neil Lennon have an agenda last week to criticise the ref and Hamilton so it would favour Hibs players this week
Jaggernaut
To be "fair" (if that word can be applied to Thomson's efforts at refereeing), he did turn a blind eye to a clear penalty for Hibs towards the end of the match when a Jags defender clearly tripped an opponent in the box. kevin energy
Was that Jordan Turnbull challenge ?
sabbath
In the first half he blew almost simultaneously when the ball rebounded off Lawless I think it was in their eighteen yard box. yet on three occasions played on when the ball was clearly handled by Hibs players. The worst performance was from the JHS linesman, why do they even bother?.......... Its always sad when you look to blame a scapegoat for the team being mince. partickthedog
Was that Jordan Turnbull challenge ? Turnbull's challenge was well timed and was certainly not a penalty.
Jaggernaut
Was that Jordan Turnbull challenge ? The one at 1:52 here looks like a stonewaller from this angle... did he get the ball first?
Rid Skwerr
/\ yes, he takes the ball with his left foot. Thought it was a superb tackle at the time and it was confirmed on Sportscene last night.
