jaf
Hope he does a brilliant job, and starts getting the club a return on the Weirs investment in the Youth Academy. As an aside, it is staggering how often our extensive recruitment processes lead us back to someone with a pre-existing association with the club. sabbath
This is an area that must concentrated more upon. There must be a transition between development and the first team, when you look to the likes of Alex Ferguson who would be in the stands watching the youth sides, then this is the very least I would expect from our management. A coordinated structure and a vision to take us from division 2 straight through the championship to the premier league and into Europe..........If Europe is not the goal of management then perhaps football isn't for you. In Gary we trust..............sort of.
Fawlty Towers
A good win for the reserves today under Ryan (slightly overshadowed by Mr Storer). It was explained at the Trust Meeting/Q&A that Ryan would be working with a small group of players but it would be high contact time with them.
