fritzy
Highlights from Saturday's cup win over Cove Rangers are now on the Official Site.
Jaggernaut
Idiotic reaction by Craig. Some good moves by us; could/should have scored more, even when down to 10 men. Lawless looks like he had a very good 1st 45 min.
G SUS
The Cove player seemed to mishit his shot. Total fluke. He'll never do it again if he tried.
Members Willjag
Was sure that was an og on Saturday but after watching the highlights, I'm not so sure he didn't head it onto Dools head. If I was Doolan, I'd be claiming it!

If I was Doolan, I'd be claiming it! It does look like Doolan got the last touch. I was also convinced it was an og at the time.
twinny
What was Craig thinking? At least he didn't put any force into it, it was just stupid rather than aggressive. Looks like the penalty was no penalty, but at least that didn't matter.
Harrybriscoe
I was surprised when our second was put down to an o.g. I was behind the goal and had a clear view, and my impression was that Doolan got a head on it, and although it wasn't too clean a contact and appeared to scuff off his shoulder a bit, he made the final touch.

Jaggernaut
Then why didn't he celebrate as if he'd scored? Because he's Kris Doolan, he scores when he wants.
Pie Of The Month
Then why didn't he celebrate as if he'd scored? Did you miss his gesture to the North Stand once he stands back up? From behind the goals he quite clearly celebrated the goal, not as clear in the highlights.

From behind the goals he quite clearly celebrated the goal, not as clear in the highlights. I was behind the goal and saw this. It seemed more of an acknowledgement that his name was being sung. I've never seen him act quite so sedate after scoring a goal.
Lin1876
I'll play my joker on whether Doolan scored that. If he'd celebrated more enthusiastically he might have got it. Is it just me, or did that Cove shot take a deflection just after it was hit. A cracking shot all the same, but the ball moved like it had glanced off whoever was sliding in as it was hit. Agree he probably won't score another like that (take what you will from that statement).
