I imagine that the main fire alarm display board is in the JHS and that is where the brigade head for to check status and precise location of alert. Quite a serious situation. They have the power to charge if they want and will do if persistent false alarm occur due to poor in house systems/maintenance in operation. Debatable whether it would apply in this case.
