westertonjagfan
Nothing on either ptfc or the hibs site about tickets for away fans. Anyone know anything? I don't want to assume it will be pay at the gate...thanks.
lady-isobel-barnett
Maybe I just imagined it but I think at the previous game you bought your ticket at a booth/office similar to what we do and Ross Co. Probably the sensible thing to do is to get thru to Easter Rd, buy your ticket first then head of for a pint or whatever.

H Wragg
Definitely was a portacabin in December. Quite a lengthy queue when we arrived about 2.45 and we just made kick off.
westertonjagfan
I bought mine in advance last time. They are on sale on the hibs website, but there isn't any info about away fans. I also stood in that bloody portacabin queue too in December so want to avoid that again. Cheers for the replies all.

Got to Easter Road good and early, but almost ended up missing part of the game. I recall having to join in the minute's applause for Nelson Mandela from outside the stadium, Why are some clubs so poorly organised to receive a big away support, while Kilmarnock seemed to process a large number of away fans through on Saturday with hardly a moment to wait? Does it cost that much to employ a couple more portacabin and/or turnstile operators? Edited April 24, 2014 by partickthedog

Hanx78
i notice on the hibees wesite it would appear to be £15 in for home fans? Will it be the same for us? If so we shoud take a couple of thousand through, like the buddies brought last night.
partickthedog
Is there any chance that Hearts tickets could also be made available this week, so that one trip to Firhill would suffice for both sets of tickets? The Hibs queue last time was bad, but the Hearts queue was diabolical (though fortunately for me I had learned my Edinburgh lesson and bought in advance). If so we shoud take a couple of thousand through, like the buddies brought last night. Are they paying the home fans £15 to turn up? Hopefully find out tomorrow. If that is the case, it should make a wee trip through more affordable. The buddies fans were great on Friday . Folk turning up in those numbers must really help the players. read'n'yell
Assume there's still PATG?
little_miss_jag
Assume there's still PATG? Aye but if you buy them in advance I would. The Queue for tickets at the ground was lengthy and that was December. Dread to think what it may well be like on Saturday.
Rid Skwerr
Got ours this morning. £15 unreserved seating - so you can join the Jags choir of your choosing once inside! Hearts apparently sent us Hearts v Killie tickets, but are sending through the correct ones today. No discount, though, full price. :-(
yoda-jag
Hearts apparently sent us Hearts v Killie tickets upon receiving them, did maxi phone up tynecastle and sing down the phone to them "we're no killie, we're the jags, we're no killie, we're the jags, we're no killie, we're not so phucking silly, we're no killie, we're the jags ..... THANK PHUCK!!!"
kennymac29
Anyone know which streets around the ground are best for parking? First time there and no idea what will be coned off and what won't.
Rid Skwerr
Firhill road is about as near as you'll get.....:-) It's usually only the few streets adjacent to the ground that are restricted, but it's mainly a tenement district so parking space is a bit hard to come by. Best bet is to get there early.
Millguy Jag
http://ptfc.co.uk/ne...eckons_mcmillan Tickets on sale Monday. Well spotted, think I'll get mine tomorrow and avoid the queue at ER!
Lambies Lost Doo
Bought 4 tickets in the Firhill office today. Very easy and less stress for tomorrow.
