I've put on 2 charity events over the past 2 years and both times Thistle have turned me down to even donate a signed ball. I was told to phone 3 seperate people to get something and all 3 pointed their finger to someone else within the club. It gave me the impression that nobody knew what they were responsible at the club. This would only be around January time!

As a resident of East Kilbride I can see the pros and cons of Clyde moving here. The pros would be that EK Thistle who have been struggling would get a bit of money from the gypos moving in and that it would be a pretty good away day for the 3rd division as there are tonnes of pubs in that area. The problems would be the area its actually in for parking and the fact that the Showpark is an absolute dump, it will need a bit of work before an SFL side plays there nevermind if they get drawn against one of the ugly sisters in the cup.

Poor game but good outcome. Thought that we looked dodgy at times, especially Balamory and when Jaggy Mac finally made the change and put Robbo at the back we looked far stronger than we had all day. Erskine impressed me from coming off the bench today as he added that cutting edge we were missing in the first half and maybe just that change in formation suited him. Thank god we have 3 points, lets now kickstart the season and start to believe again.
