Not bad for a wed night with virtually no away support MJ. Last seasons opener was special as it was the unfurling of the flag (sort of!!!), first ever spfl game, game on tv & the return of mcnamara

I had the misfortune of being there that night & it was certainly a low of the many lows of the 80's. For those young enough to have missed them, all I can say is you were lucky!!! Apart from the result & performance that night,my main memory is of Gordon Dalziel being on the park wearing a Jags strip. To say he 'played' would be a lie!!!

How many goals did Kiss score against us? I see he scored a total of 6 goals in 17 games, but 4 of those came in his first 2 appearances

I don't think improvement is the case, we lost ATS, Mair & Taylor for various reasons, but we just need similar. The priority surely must have been to replace them & so far we are nowhere near that. Worrying times to some degree, but I'm sure we'll finish above Accies & probably Dundee. Also ICT, Kille, St M & RC haven't strengthened so I think even with what we have we should be ok, especially with Higgy's class & the addition of Stevenson

Possibly substituted before, or else Higgy just fancied a go?
