As a Jags fan of nearly 60 years I cant think of any other manager being disliked by nearly every supporter of the club..He must have surly seen us play before applying for the job , he made a big deal about knowing the fitness of the squad and how he would sort them out,so he must have known what he was taking on..Here we are 8 games later 1 win ,5 points out of 24 I do believe any one of us could have achieved better results than he has...

Another terrible performance today ,rite from kick off they were the far hungrier team. So much for our full-time training ,if they can be as fit as that on part-time maby we should give it a try next week............

A very light covering here in Bishopbriggs as I look out ...Dont think there is any danger of the game being off....

The amount of time and effort that the club put into getting this guy signed has been horrendous .... only for him to break down without even playing a full 90 mins. Could only happen to us...

Forgot how it felt to wake up on a Sunday morning not depressed having seen us get beat on the Saturday....Even last weeks draw felt like a defeat.

Last time I looked Rothesay was still part of Scotland....

Everyone thinks that we will be ok come the January window, the cavalry will arrive and everything will be fine and we might end up mid table, but who is going to sign for us if we are bottom or near it. We are in the same position as last year, "everything will be fine when the injured guys come back"

My son was lucky enough to win £..350...down at Dumfries last year...Straight after the game round to the office the cash was sitting waiting in a brown envelope no probs. He even got a mention in the programme the following week...

How easily pleased are we Jags fans. And he still has another 6 months to go...

By my reckoning that works out at £120..per person for a 2 course meal ,ok that includes drinks but at £2.99. a pint still a bit steep .No mention of S.T. discount ....

It was a very enjoyable evening all-round should have been a bit better supported ..I hope it is the first of many.......

A Q.A. night at Firhill tomorrow night for season ticket holders ....anybody else going....

We still have the Tennents sixes cup that year we won it was the last time it was contested....

Great day never to be forgotten , sadly it is only a memory for us of a certain age mostly 60 and above....Hard to believe it's our only MAJOR cup final in almost 50 years........................

I for one was not inspired by his performance today..Yes he had a lot of the ball but to be honest he did nothing useful with it...

I had a bad feeling at 2.45 today when I saw the lineup and the massive Jags support who made the effort to get to the game I just new that we were not going to take anything from it.... If thats the performance and commitment you get from a part time club I think we should give it a try.... Best of luck Gary but I think you have bitten off more than you can chew.......

I was at there at the game at Summerset park with my son then aged 5 ..We were standing right at the front so that mt son could see the game ..As I recall Chic was walking backwards with an Ayr player just in front of him, then for no reason the Ayr player fell to the ground they were a good few feet apart .Chic protested but he got the red card.. At the time I was going to phone the club and tell that I saw the indecent at very close range and that Chic was innocent for once....Never got round phoning always regretted not doing it. Met the great man a year or so later and we spoke about it he said that he had got support from others at the game, but still was suspended.
