Imo Dundee Utd will win the league, Raith Rovers second with 2 out of the other 8 going for 3rd and 4th. We are currently 3rd but that could change quickly as no other team has shown consistency outside the current top 2.

Sometimes i can't remember what i did last week, but this day will live with me forever. Wish i could forget Saturday though.

We started badly. Gave the ball away Sneddon saved well but they scored from the corner when the ball fell to their unmarked player. After that we didn't do much until about 30 minutes in and Milne was unlucky with a shot that just went by the post seconds before half time. We came out in the second half and looked the better team until they scored 2 in 2 minutes. Again the first of those 2 we gave the ball away in our own half and i also thought Sneddon could have done better although it was a very good strike from Holt. At 3-0 it was game over and Muirhead getting sent off and the last 2 goals completed a horrible afternoon from Thistle's point of view.

Will be our toughest game in the league so far. Will be very interesting with Docherty and Holt returning, 2 players for me i would have liked to see staying at Firhill, i know our financial situation made it impossible. A win would give us 17 points and only 1 point behind Dundee Utd, a good return after the first quarter of the league being played. Conditions will probably be difficult and lets hope everybody travelling to this game and all other games do so safely.

Very similar to my tactics for watching highlights except my snack of choice is Pringles.

No it happened.They played the end at the start.

Unless it involves Thistle if i am watching highlights i always try and stay away from the score. So last night i stayed away from any mention of the France game. At the start of last night's highlights game on BBC 1 they showed all of the goals from the game before they showed the highlights.

Always been there. Arbroath played Queens Park a number of weeks ago when they both had a free Saturday. Think that game might have been brought forward from Halloween. We now have 2 games rearranged for BBC Scotland Raith Rovers now 8th December and Dundee Utd 29th December, both away.

Dave MacKinnon was on off the ball on Saturday talking about this. Also on was Heather Holloway and Kirstin Fraser who were talking about Partick Thistle Her Game too. They were very informative and Thistle are the only Scottish team that has this scheme to get females young and old involved in football both supporting and playing.

I was watching countdown a number of weeks ago and a comedian was on it. He said he was in Belfast getting a taxi to the airport and the taxi driver asked where he was going and the comedian said he was going to Manchester. Manchester the taxi driver said a city that is split in two with United and City. I wouldn't want to live in a city split like that said the taxi driver.

In what seemed to be a game of very few chances, we take a point and a clean sheet. On to a fortnight and a big game at home against Dundee Utd.

Will be very tricky conditions, full concentration required from every player for the full duration of the game. The ref also needs to take the conditions into consideration as well.
