I think thats the way forward for most teams. Look to have youth/younger players making up the majority of your squad as well and I think thats where we are heading to next year.

Scotrail are an utter joke. Took me nearly 90 mins to get into town today to discover they had a queuing system for the Edinburgh trains which was snaking its way to George Sq. Decided to head back to Westerton , went to lower level told that trains were running to there and one due in 5 mins. Yeah right. 2 hours later I got home via an underground trip to Partick which felt like it was a Sunday and another 45 mins wait at Partick First Bus arent much better since we are pretty much cut off now if you dont drive. How come other countries can cope with this weather but as soon as it happens the whole infrastructure just falls apart around us

Sounds like the Peden clan and followers/NW cronies have taken over the ship again How soon can an EGM be called to vote them out and return others in their place ? There are a lot of people who have been on the Trust Board and left for whatever reason (or let their elected time expire) who are needed right now at a fairly crucial point in the clubs history but with the remaining people on the JT there is no chance of the change needed happening. Always thought Tom and David represented the best chance the JT had to get everyone back on the same track , now its basically ******.Forgot about Graeme and the good work he has done (sorry m8 )

Im still laughing at my Dundee supporting m8 , hes not taking it too well (neither would I in his shoes) but **** it im having a bit of fun Makes it more important that we get ourselves sorted out ASAP , would like to see some more from the board on our finances and what the fans can do to help get us out the mess. The issues many had with the board have been removed to IMO it should be a case of getting a lot of heads together and seeing what everyone can come up with that is easy to do and will make us cash.

TBH thats the way I see us going over the next few seasons , bring through the current youths make sure we are known as a club where youth players will get their chance and augment the squad with half a dozen or so "senior" players. Will be cheaper and I know most fans would rather see one of the "kids" being given a chance compared to some journeyman pro.

The Trust has a responsibility to act like the holder of 1m shares not just as a representative of the fans. The club should be looking for that shareholder (if it wants to hold a directorship) to then meet certain criteria to be a director. You should then publish those criteria and encourage people to stand for election. Simple as that IMO.

Was gonna photocopy some £20 notes then cut them up and hand them out to people to put in Failing that I prob wont go as I dont wanna give those ******* £19 , didnt want to beforehand and even less so now
