policemans whistle Posted February 5, 2011 Report Share Posted February 5, 2011 (edited) Cant remember if I posted this just before Dons untimely passing from Motor Neuron Disease .A group of Jags fans contributed to the framing of one of Don's strips and it now hangs in the foyer of the main stand,included in the framed strip is a picture of Dons celebration leap at Parkhead.This picture was enlarged,framed in a Red & Yellow mount and sent to Mr & Mrs McVicar as a keepsake. I received the following reply from Donna McVicar unfortunately just a few days before Don's passing. Sorry I have taken so long to reply about the gift fans gave us.Don and I would like to thank yourself and all the fans for this. We have hung it in our dinning room along side his other football things.
