Jaggy1967
Forget him he's gone.Doolan is better and if we get some extra money from a cup run n get a proven quality striker who isn't a cripple we'll wonder what we ever saw in him Very harsh m8 imho ! He was never the same player he was and could have been, and whilst that is dissapointing, I bet he was more gutted for himself than any club he will ever play for! I wish Liam all the best for the future ! Good luck son, just don't run the full length of the JH stand celebrating until we resign you lol

What prompted it? As far as I can see on this thread of late one poster has asked why Buchanan wasn't playing today and it's been answered by 3 other posters (myself included). What the **** have we to forget? Perhaps you'd be well advised to read if not the whole thread then just a few recent posts before posting something completely inappropriate. You make it sound like the worst player ever the Jags have had. He scored 40 goals has been nothing but complimentary about Partick Thistle and sure why he is not an absolute legend the guy gave his all despite having to contend with injuries. Alan Murray
I can’t believe some of the comments about Liam on this forum. I think some people have forgotten just how good he was. If he had not got the injuries he would be playing mid level spl club or down south. Remember how keen Craig levein was on him.
1 John Lambie
Liam's gone, yes he was decent for us. He was good at the start, but with injuries & loss of form, his overall rating for us has to be 'decent'. As McCall said at the MTMN, at the moment, Doolan is a far better player with much more potential. Back the current players, Buchanan's gone, which is a positive thing in terms of finance & also getting Erskine/Doolan etc signed up.
