fritzy
Highlights from Saturday's win over Cowdenbeath are now on the OS.
Fawlty Towers
Thanks for getting the highlights up so quickly and for the high quality of them. Note to noisy "fan" - getting on Stephen O'Donnell's back won't make him play better (and he was not playing badly on Saturday).
shut up mimsy
Is it just me or did somebody say something along the lines of us being lucky at the end there? If that is the case then I find that quite surprising as i thought we were excellent again. Also thanks for the highlights and for getting them up so quickly
twinny
I see Cowdenbeath are experts in the kick-the-ball-straight-out-the-pitch-with-the-first-kick-of-the-ball kick off routine. Great stuff. Not sure if the foul for our penalty was in the box, but I'll take it. Second half we gave Cowden loads of room, particularly in the gap between our midfield and defense. Looked very vulnerable for a period. Muirhead looks great. When he cut out that long punt from the goalie with an overhead kick it was both a thing of beauty and a moment of heart stopping fear. Proper telescopic leg stuff, reminiscent of Paterson.

That was Shug Murray, covering for Aaron.
partickthedog
Mark Twaddle also specialised in the telescopic leg
Jaggernaut
We played some great moves, and with some luck could have scored 4 or 5 goals. Elliott looked like he was causing them all kinds of problems in the first half. Lawless looks like a handful as well. Looking good!
Members Willjag
Is it just me or did somebody say something along the lines of us being lucky at the end there? Heard that too, also sounded like the same guy shouting at Lawless in the first half when he tried a shot when we had another two men over, "Ya greedy B'strd". Got to the end and seen... Camera: Tommy Dunnet Analyst: Fraser Gorman. Didn't hear many other analysis throughout the game so i guess that must have been Fraser! twinny
That was Shug Murray, covering for Aaron. Ah right, even more fantastic that an auld yin could stretch like that!
Lin1876
One observation I will make is how fantastic the Cowdenbeath goal was. From behind the goal it looked like Scott Fox could have done better, but from that angle you can see it as the fantastic strike it was. If the player is reading this, then I salute you. Hahaha, still better than Mark Lawrenson I suppose.
