chunky jag
We really don't need this, I'd loved to have played today won, that means we could have went to Cappielow im a few weeks knowing a win would have taken us top.

Hugh Janus
Total joke. Am about 5 miles from Central Park and it was a wee but frosty this morning, but sun has been shining all morning and temperature is well above freezing. That pitch will be fine by 3. Raging!!!! kni
The postponement could be a help to us. It will give the new management team more time to work with the players. The preview suggests that O'Donnell will be fit next week so that's one less game that he'll miss. Lawless could be back in time for the re-arranged fixture too. kni
They really are a disgrace up there Are you talking about Cowdenbeath or the official who called the game off?
ian_mac
Are you talking about Cowdenbeath or the official who called the game off? Cowdenbeath should be working a lot harder to get their games on. Morton don't have undersoil heating but what they do have is one of the best groundsmen in Scotland who works his balls off during the winter. TartanC4
How can anyone tell if a pitch is unplayable, and a game should be off, 4 hours before kick off ? Why don't they spend 4 hours getting the pitch playable?

jagfox
Would we have been happy if we risked the game and Scott Fox broke his arm falling on the hard surface? #devilsadvocate

lady-isobel-barnett
Cowdenbeath should be working a lot harder to get their games on. They were guaranteed a good bit of dosh today. I got the impression that a lot were going just because of what happened during the week. Raith will be the real winners next week and Cowdenbeath will be lucky to get half what they would've got playing us in midweek. I though Central Pk was supposed to have good drainage and I find it hard to believe the ground will be frozen. Confused.....

MWM
Seen a post on P&B about the Cowdenbeath "100 club" could raise money to buy pitch covers. Says it all really, most of these wee diddy village mobs are run like bowling club committees. Edited February 2, 2013 by MWM
read'n'yell
Disapointed but maybe no bad thing. Always say when you have a double header against a club then it's very difficult to win both (Hamilton and Dunfermline this season).
