Jaggernaut
BMMMH got Morton's 4th. Pretty sure that nobody at Firhill expected Cowdenbeath to win at Cappielow, so it's just onwards and upwards for us; straight ahead.

thebiglemon
Better to lose a goal when we score 6 than when we score
greenton
Just got home and checked the Morton score.......... El .B**tardos! Morton were playing into a very strong swirling wind in the first half. It was almost impossible to make effective defensive clearances... headers were going nowhere... goal kicks were getting blown backwards towards the keeper - caused all sorts of problems. In the second half Cowdenbeath couldn't cope with the wind either. To illustrate the difference the wind made... in the first half the Morton keeper couldn't reach the centre circle when kicking from hand from the edge of the box... in the second half Morton's equaliser was a header from the keepers kick out. Morton scored four in a 20 minute spell then took their foot off the gas. Don't think 'Beath had an attempt at goal in the second half. Really thought Thistle might slip up today. Neither club deserve to be left disappointed at the end of the season... going to be a very one to take for the runners-up. Given current form, Thistle have to be slight favourites. G SUS
Pity about the clean sheet record We were 50 minutes away from having the longest ever clean sheet streak. Excluding injury time we had 505 minutes when in 1968 they recorded 555 minutes.
G SUS
Given current form, Thistle have to be slight favourites. Over the last 9 games Morton have only picked up 3 less points than Thistle.

G SUS
We'd need to keep winning!xx Yip. People will think this is a "phenomenal" title race due to the high points totals, but it's heavily inflated by having 3 part time teams in the league. Its not Jags or Mortons fault there are 3 part time teams we can only try and beat whats in front of us
Chicofan
Was reading that rag the sun yesterday and Des Mckeown is tipping Morton to win the league..there was also no shortage of wallapers on the radio saying the same yesterday. Chick Young has a soft spot for Morton..WTF!!!

Funnily enough, I said to my Brother just after hearing you're lot had taken the lead that there must be a string wind for the game to swing the way it did.
