rodmac Posted May 29, 2013 Report Share Posted May 29, 2013 Intereseting one....I note that he played for them regularly up till the point he went down to Bolton for a weeks trial... A fee had been agreed between the clubs and they expected him to go. However for whatever reason, he chose not to move on the 31st January.....and threafter he only played one more game for them in February, and that was it. It seems to be that possibly Hamilton were miffed at him for not taking the move, and they lost out on a fee. So it maybe is a case of a fall out behind the scenes. Clearly has huge potential and has already been subject of an offer after only a handfull of appearances - will well be on the radar down in England if he can perform in the SPFL. What might be in our favour is that he's been with us since the start of pre season & if we can offer him regular football. Depends who the other teams are though. Anyway, Fraser is, by all accounts, a very talented player. Well done to Thistle for getting him in early. Hopefully he's enjoyed the atmosphere at the club which will convince him to sign up. I've heard that the lad McDaid is also tipped for big things in the same way Bannigan was 2 years ago. IE - A lot of people within the game raving about him already.
