  1. did you read the club statement? As it's a cup game it's a shared gate & both clubs need to agree pricing http://ptfc.co.uk/news/2014-2015/september_2014/st_mirren_league_cup_ticket_prices
  2. we have a shocking home record against St Mirren. It was quoted at last seasons Friday live match. They are unbeaten in quite a few games over a good few years (partly cos we have been in different leagues) but I can't remember the exact stat
  3. not doubting it, but where did this come from and did it happen in training? Nothing on OS yet
  4. According to Jagstwit on Twitter
  5. I still believe wee Bertie's 'style' of football gets a hard time from some. During his era we had some of the best strikers that I have seen at Firhill in Somner, McAdam and Melrose. We had great attacking midfielders in the likes of Gibson, Jardine, Watson, O'Hara, Houston and the quite magnificent Donald Park. Plus of course we had Rough, Anderson, Campbell etc. We were capable of beating all teams in the Premier League and often did, especially at home. I know he played for draws away from home, but considering he kept us up for 5 or 6 seasons as a part-time team I think he done a great job.
  6. Dundee sign David Clarkson http://www.bbc.com/sport/0/football/29117290
  7. I still fail to see what how this benefits me as one who currently lives abroad, especially the Tag Plus package, apart from maybe the commentary, but if that still comes through on Twitter then there's no point. It's a glorified donation to the club as far as I can see, which is fair enough if you're happy to do that. I would prefer if they could show live internet matches, like Dundee did a few weeks ago (well after the technical hitch in the first half) as that would be of more interest to me.
  8. I have, but only the gonad, not the text round it. It's not that great tbh. Would rather have a stealth bomber
  9. I don't see us going back, but the Stealth Bomber was very distinct and maybe we should have kept it
  10. I seem to remember in the 70's the Pink Times nearly always gave our attendance as 5000 (apart from OF games)
  11. as opposed to the normal 4 fingered ones in Paisley :D
  12. even worse, my History teacher was an Airdrie player!!! His name was Walter Clarke, but I have to admit he was a decent guy
  13. The Killie fat boy Fights in The Shed before the fence went up Whistling Jack Smith playing as the teams came out

  15. Bobby played in the Donnie McKinnon testimonial match v Man U in 1973 iirc
  16. I just got a refund from Dundee FC due to technical issues. Fair play to them
  17. was it not the case it was heavy handed stuff by Tayside's polis rather than stewards that was the problem in the past?
  18. I was surprised ATS signed for Wigan due to them signing Taylor just before him. He must have realised he would be 2nd choice or worse
  19. Is anybody having a lot of pauses and buffering in last 10 mins. Might be my connection but not sure
