Back in the late eighties whenI worked for the Fire Service, and we were told that one of the Pumps (Fire Engine would be making a trip to Firhill for a familiarisation visit should there ever be a fire there.(there was one in the past) I persuaded someone to let me take his place on the pump and spent two happy hours at my favorite place on earth. I took my camera at got a few photos, one with Sandy Clark and one with Chicco

Words fail me, I have been going to Firhill on and off for the best part of forty years, and the atmosphere in the NS is great. My seat in the JHS is excellent, great view, nice folk about me, next to the tunnel so it's handy for the toilets and the food stall. I gladly sacrifice this for the great feeling I get in the NS even at the expense of a poorer view of the whole pitch. Crazy decision. :angry:

I had a bit of a hassle getting to the game, but thankfully i made it, myself and Danish Jag must have hugged each other silly during that blinding second half. I can't make Saturday due to work but my lad will get my season ticket and enjoy the party. pure magic.
