As Alfred Hitchcock might say, I see the JT is still heading north south by North West. Plus ca change, as they say in Langside. And to think that the roles of Chair and Club Board Rep used to be separate... Surely time for a fresh start ? The new JT co-optees could offer something in this respect.

Not good news, Queens are a decent family club with a long history. But probably the first of many others a midges ba hair away from raising a 'help' banner. Scottish football needs to take a good hard look at itself. 10 team top leagues and McCliches report will do nothing to stop good, well-established lower league teams going to the wall.

Good post McKennan. The politics and the current JT 'cabal' caused me to exit from the Trust Board before. Maybe we just need to have a get-together for all Thistle fans to reconnect with the thing that binds us all and work out a way forward for better Club/fan relations.

Hipstamatic is a cool little app. Allows you to take arty pictures in the style of retro Polaroid (and other types such as B&W, infrared etc). Think it got a very good write-up in Saturdays Guardian. -

Still some tickets for the Mogwai gig next Sunday 30th January at Grand Ole Opry available online. Got mine this morning. Heard the new album previewed on the Vic Galloway show on Radio Scotland this week; sounds like it could be a cracker, released 14 Feb I think

Sorry couldn't make it along as hoped, Tom. Some good posts on this thread (e.g. northernsoul). We've a long way to come back from in rebuilding Club/fan relations, but it sounds like this was a positive first step with good honest input from Mr Beattie. Worth persisting with a follow-up; I suspect the turn-out next time will be higher.

I think securing Fox is a higher priority than a loan deal; a decent striker would be a bonus, but we need to keep the back door shut behind our defence !
