Can't argue that Livvi didn't deserve that win, imo. As soon as we went to extra time, the absence of Lawless, Fitzy etc was clearly having a negative impact.

The words "Walsh" and "Dingwall" in the same breath still give me the heebie-jeebies.

Fair result, I think. Airdrie are decent. However, what is it the goal keeping coaches do all day? Can they maybe work with Sneddon on his distribution and on his kicks which just give possession back to the opposition?

Hopefully big Tomi won't hesitate to tap in any sitters in front of goal...

Lord only knows why, after the last 3 games, but I'm feeling a bit chipper about this game today. I think we'll win, but then I'm a bit odd.

Sorry, I'm having that gripe too...as Doolan and Graham both said last night, we gave the ball away cheaply-too many turnovers...Jamie gives the ball away cheaply every time he kicks it. I was actually shocked Mitchell wasn't in goal last night after the stupid goal Jamie gave away against Dungdee Utd. Mitchell's kicking, handling and distribution is miles better.

Questions now for me about Doolan's managerial abilities. I adore the guy, like everyone else, but for me there's a real naivety and lack of experience which is killing us. Teams look at us and suss us almost immediately. There seems to me to be a lack of tactical guile. I also question whether any learning happened after the DUFC game as I saw little evidence last night. One example. Sneddon's distribution. He holds the ball, waits for the opposition to regroup and get their shape THEN kicks a long ball up to Big Stevie Lawless. We lose possession immediately and are on the back foot. If we can ALL see that's not working and Sneddon needs fast distribution to his defence then onwards, what coaching is actually taking place? The last two games have been like watching Thistle Under 9s playing grown men.

Just back from that and.. It was shite.

That was appalling. Pumped by a very average DUFC team. Question for Doolan now, imo.

Have to agree about the defending yesterday. Really enjoyed the win, especially after last week. However, as many folks are saying-they could have been 3 up if they had been a better team. Like Arbroath, for example.
