I reckon me n the Bairns are the only 3 Jags fans in Troon. Grew up in The Drum (where there was loads of Thistle fans) and was born a Jag! Still get excited when I see another car wi a Jags sticker on it, or someone wearing Jags merchandise, outside of Glasgow

Maybe Strachan didn't do it to appease Sevco fans! Maybe he done it for the reasons NE states, makes sense. Or maybe he was told by someone higher up the food chain to 'appease Rangers'? FWIW, I don't believe any of our squad is ready for the national side but a few have potential to be over the next few years. Aaron T Sinclar not being called up is nothing to get our knickers in a twist over, he's not ready and he has a contract extension to sign before he is classified as a full international

Bought a season ticket on the back of TAG and intended to upgrade to the better package. Feel bumped as I haven't been to a game yet and not had the benefit of TAG. If they (the board) think the club don't need the extra money then maybe I'll revise my plans and come out of the CF as well.

Naw he is not a better footballer than Dools. Haven't seen him play for jags except a friendly but Baird is a pain in the arse of a player for both his fans and the opposition, whereas Dools oozes class and set up both goals yesterday (as good as scoring yourself and exactly how our system is designed to work). Agree that we don't need another striker though.

Depends who the creditors are I guess, if someone provided soft loans which is 75% or more of the total money owed then he/she/they may accept it. Then it won't matter if the others accept it, it goes through. Highly unlikely that this is the case but also shows another huge flaw in the administration process.

This 'contractor never delivered in time' discussion confused me. Seems like Thistle never had the tickets in time, or never ordered the right type of tickets/cards in the first place. Something of that ilk.

There's likely to be another rule independent of the points deduction. Something along the lines of protecting the league/clubs within the league against financial loss derived from unfulfilled fixtures. Didn't livi or Gretna have to pay a bond as protection against financial loss to other clubs?
