That's really good going. I was pretty pleased at just breaking the hour for a 10k! Main point is that we raised a lot of money for our charities. I'll think about doing it again next year. Maybe.

A load of us are attempting it this year, for a couple of charities. Think there's 10 of us from the work, then a couple of my mates too. I've had 3 runs as training for the 10k, should be a laugh. Although if I attempt to laugh anywhere over 4k in, my ar*e might fall oot.

Although his RC record is pretty shocking. Casey is really unfortunate to miss out, and I don't understand how Rose can be an alternate. Surely the next on the qualifying list should be bumped up if a qualifier drops out? To leave out a guy in the world top 10 is a bold move.

Another factor might be that the surface at the likes of Fir Park on a February afternoon isn't exactly conducive to a pass along the deck. Turns into a pass in the air whether you like it or not.
