It took Alex Ferguson years to turn Man Utd around. Our first XI is very good. We have no right to get promoted esp as Dundee are a bigger club than us. If we failed this season then we would have had stfong foundations to build on. McCall should not have been sacked IMHO. When we got promoted 10 years ago that was a special team. It clicked with a lot of players signed by McCall. We also benefitted from Rangers, Hearts and Hibs all having various reasons causing relegation. We are a yoyo club with results that make you laugh one week then cry the next. It's our level.

We shouldn't have sacked a manager and backroom of we did not have an idea who could replace.

Was there bother before the game? A very polite and professional chief steward said there had been so size of crowd and handbags police said to keep away fans in which to be honest was of no issue as it helped us avoid traffic chaos. Also saw a car driver tell a cop there was hassle on Broomloan Rd so 4 or 5 police went down to investigate.

Motherwell are in serious danger of relegation and results have been terrible for months We've had a topsy turvy season with losses to weaker sides but ability to beat anyone. Totally different situations.

The team this season is much improved than last. Attacking full backs, 4-3-3, bit more spark with Lawless. We have been hit with injuries. Feel we just needed a bit of magic signing in midfield & attack and we'd be up there with promotion team from 10 years ago. McCall should have been given til end of season. Disappointed he's gone. A real Thistle man who was improving club each season.

The board members of TJF are totally different from the board members of the club who made this decision.

I love Doolan but he's totally inexperienced

I wanted him to stay to the end of the season at least. Bad decision and timing. Bring back Jaqui Low...!?!

I'm glad I went to that. Very enjoyable despite defeat.

Now I'm on the fence with this debate but to bring balance I'll have an opposite opinion. McCall gets the club and suppport. He loves it and most of us love him for that excluding the poor results of recent times. He is proven to spot and attract good players. This season we started well but have had major injury issues to deal with and lack of substantial funds to strengthen this mid season. When we have out first choice XI, 433, attacking full backs and wingers we can match anyone. The team this season is of a higher quality than last season and we could bring in more quality for next season. I would argue he should change 1 or both assistants like Alex Ferguson did on a regular basis to shake up team.

It's a display to Rangers fans and those watching on tv that we are fans of a small club that exists despite the pull of 2 ugly sisters and their political, religious, historical group think baggage. The minimal success, cheap shots, digs. "who do you really support?" do not stop us. We follow the club for football reasons. It's our club. The fans. Red and Yellow Army. Wear your colours with pride.

I think we need to play it cool on this. The Jags Foundation have met with PTFC Trust on a number of times and it's been recorded as positive as things look to change. Boardroom places have been filled. It's going to be ok.
