Lindau
Yip, greatest day of my Firhill life and as life draws on good to see that all the 12 players and manager are still here today to celebrate!
Weebaw1
If you we're to select a greatest Jags Xi from then to now, 6 of those players would be in the team. Rough Hansen Forsyth Glavin McQuade Bone Heroes all.

Barney Rubble
They are the greatest Jags 12 in my lifetime - Johnny Gibson being number 12. The best XI since then? That's a very good question, and probably worthy of a thread on its own!
robphil
It is still my belief that the vastly under-rated frank coulston would have played for Scotland if he had plied his trade at parkhead or Ibrox...
thistle4celtic1
Greatest day ever!!!!! I still have my ticket stub. I was 14 at the time so, relatively speaking, every footballer seemed "old". Amazing to think that half of that team was 21yo or younger. I think Roughie and Forsyth (at 19) were the "babies". Exiled AusJag
To me they were the best Jags team ever! I think I only missed a couple of the games of the tournament, but made sure I was at the semi final and final. I've still got the programme from the falkirk game and my dad's ticket (which has featured in one of the cup final youtube videos). Unfortunately I seem to have misplaced my cup final programme when I renovated my house last year, but I'm still looking and hoping
