It is now time to get the prediction competitions running for tops no 3 and 4 sponsored by you lovely folk on the forum. To date we have secured 8 sponsorships between us so last 4 tops will be up for grabs in the new year. The members who are entered into this are: Adam Barton (away) elevenone G13jag sandy jagfox wayfarer north stander partick76 Alan Archibald (home) BowenBoys elevenone Fawlty Towers dick dastardly allyo third lanark rid skwerr I will not be entering (give rest of you a chance) so a 6/1 shot of bagging one of these lovely tops come seasons end. Rules are:- Predict the scores for 30 Premier League games. Three points awarded for predicting the correct scores, one point for predicting the correct result. Predict the correct score in a Jags win to collect a bonus point. The competition will begin with the fixtures due to be played on Tuesday 12th December and will conclude with the games scheduled on Saturday 30th December. One entry for each £25 paid. Some members may, therefore, have more than one entry. I will send out a list of the fixtures weekly, by PM, with a date and time that entries need to be submitted by. If anybody is going to be out of contact during any of this period, let me know. Predictions can be submitted for all the games at any time, so no need to miss out. After the deadline each week I will publish all the predictions on the forum. If I don't have your entry by then, no points will be accrued that week. After the final game each week the updated league table will be published on the forum. When predicting the scores for the last round of matches I will ask also for a first goal time for a match that I will select. In the event of two or more players being level at the end of the competition the following steps will be used to break the tie. 1. The most correct scores. 2. The earliest correct score in the competition. 3. Total number of goals predicted is closest to the number of goals actually scored. 4. First goal time is closest to the actual first goal time, as published atspfl.co.uk. If the match score is 0 - 0, the closest time to 90 wins. Good luck. Week 1 fixtures which will be played between Tuesday 12th and Wednesday 13th December are listed below and predictions can either be submitted on this thread or via PM. Deadline for round 1 is by 5pm on the 12th December. Please find below fixtures for week 2 for matches to be played weekend of 16-17th December. Deadline for this round will be Friday 15th December at 5pm after which I will post everyone predictions in forum. Week 3 fixtures for matches played on Saturday 23rd December. Deadline for predictions is 5pm on Friday 22nd December. Kilmarnock v Rangers Celtic v Aberdeen Hibernian v Ross County Motherwell v Dundee Partick Thistle v Hamilton St Johnstone v Hearts Week 4 fixtures for matches played between Tuesday 26th December and Wednesday 27th December. Deadline for predictions is 5pm on Monday 25th December.
