It is a Management Research Project that I am involved in with the Scottish Police College and UWS. I have been carrying out information gathering and study for over a year or so into policing within Football stadia and its advantages/ disadvantages/ costs/ implications for fans/ police/ stewards and relevant security groups and football clubs and this questionnaire is part of that information gathering process.
