1 John Lambie
Firhill Cup & Family Fun Day! Â Sounds like a great idea, lets hope all the teams get taken & a decent crowd turns up. Should hopefully raise a decent amount of money too. Edited March 7, 2011 by 1 John Lambie

Jaggernaut
Brilliant. Â Is the bouncy castle available for all ages? Edited March 7, 2011 by Jaggernaut
Steven H
Firhill Cup & Family Fun Day  Sounds like a great idea, lets hope all the teams get taken & a decent crowd turns up. Should hopefully raise a decent amount of money too.  Great idea. I think all the places will go reasonably quickly, 56 x £25 is a fair amount in itself, add in the extras (bar, catering, £1 admission, raffles etc) and that should be a tidy sum...and it gives us fans a chance to 'show our worth'. Dark Passenger
Is the bouncy castle available for all ages? Unfortunately not, but there is a giant sandpit open to all participants. Â Joking aside, it's a great idea. I hope it receives the support and levels of participation it deserves.
Junior
COuld be fun watching people you know making an arse of themselves on the sandpit while sitting in your seat having a beer Just like it should be at every game
Jaggernaut
Dunno if the organizers want suggestions, but a Beat the Goalie competition is usually popular at these kinds of things. A silent auction for a piece of memorabilia of some kind would also bring in some readies.

Dark Passenger
The only thing I'd ask for a bit of clarification on is the balance of the teams. Does is have to be a man/woman 50/50 split? How will they strike a balance where age is concerned?
thomas
Says page not found, has it been sold by the boards lol  now http://ptfc.co.uk/news/2010-2011/march_2011/the_firhill_cup_and_family_fun_day_-_sunday_may_8th Edited March 7, 2011 by thomas
lady-isobel-barnett
Is the bouncy castle available for all ages? Alas it's almost exclusively for the youngsters, tho' I hear there may be special dispensation for those who turn up in a tartan waistcoat & flares. Hopeless Unbeliever
The only thing I'd ask for a bit of clarification on is the balance of the teams. Does is have to be a man/woman 50/50 split? How will they strike a balance where age is concerned? Â Does it matter? I presume you sign up inidvidually, they choose based on the number of females/youngsters signed up and then it's the luck of the draw. Just a bit of fun and a chance to grace the famous Firhill turf. Sounds like great fun.

Members Willjag
Played a couple of times at these events and thoroughly enjoyed each one. If you're swithering about playing, don't, you'll regret it later!
