jaggybunnet
In retrospect, so am I. I may have made that view clear to a Dundee fan on leaving the ground on Saturday. Most unlike me nowt but trouble

Sandyjag
This photo appears to show that there was contact between Douglas' hand and Erskine's foot...... Evidence....
Jaggernaut
This photo appears to show that there was contact between Douglas' hand and Erskine's foot...... Evidence.... Excellent piece of evidence. AND the defender is clattering Erskine, So we should have had two penalties!
Jaggernaut
This photo appears to show that there was contact between Douglas' hand and Erskine's foot...... Evidence.... Just looked at the rest of that collection. Two excellent photies of Paul "Cairnie" scoring from the penalty. Oh, and Paul Paton has metamorphosed in Conrad Balatoni in one of them. I wonder what the rabid and demented Dundee fan will say when he sees Douglas tripping Erskine.
lady-isobel-barnett
I wonder what the rabid and demented Dundee fan will say when he sees Douglas tripping Erskine. Dundee are appealing the decision using video as evidence. Erskine has stated that it wasn't Douglas that tripped him.

cjptfc
This photo appears to show that there was contact between Douglas' hand and Erskine's foot...... Evidence.... That's a pity. I wanted it to be a clear non-penalty, a controversial moment that eventually plays a part in relegating Dundee.
Milo
They are just a bunch of moronic, scumbagging, cheating, arrogant, minky Dundonian moaning cnuts!!! The Ugly Sister of the first division Don't hold back, now. Tell us what you REALLY think. Seriously, have you no compassion for the poor Dundee fan who wrote that heartrending letter about the conspiracy of injustice which plagues his team? Think of him, in tears as he types out his catalogue of woes, occasionally glancing under his bed lest there's a Jags fan hidden there, waiting for just the right moment to pounce upon him. Have you no pity for his plight as he sobs so hard that the snot is rolling down his unshaven scar tissued jowls? It's just as well that he has the small consolation of occasionally dunking his buttery into his warm Bucky to get him through the cold, cruel, lonesome night. taffthejag
Aw c'mom, don't be too harsh on the bloke. The penalty was soft, the ref was useless. But so what? Welcome to Division 1. But on a lighter note, did you know that Dundee was the shit testing capital of Scotland? True. All NHS keech samples get sent there for testing. Well, someone's got to do it, and I can't think of a better place.

If I had known that I would have personally delivered my annual shit test and saved them the postage, and given them copious amounts to test. Is the office in Tannadice Street/Dens Road??? Jaggernaut
No it doesn't. Hmm, It looks like it to me. If we had lost the game and had been denied that penalty, that photo would have me raging at the injustice of it all.

It would be extremely amusing if Douglas has an absolute howler tomorrow.

Erskine could be three feet from Douglas' arm in that picture.

The video shows that Douglas never made contact. Erskine jumped over Douglas' arm and that probably made him fall easier with the contact from Lockwood or whoever the defender was. Erskine jumped over Douglas' arm and that probably made him fall easier with the contact from Lockwood or whoever the defender was. I disagree. You can say that because you've seen the video the picture doesn't suggest anything. But if the picture was all there was and 100 neutral people were asked whether in view of the rules they thought it was a penalty, I'd bet on a "Yes", and that's because there is a suggestion of contact. Edited to add: I've just looked at it again, and it looks even more like a penalty to me than in did before! Easy to see why the ref gave it. jagfox
The ref arrived on the season with the red almost in his hand. He had made up his mind and wasn't for changing it. Shame that
