Gordie
Someone suggested in another thread recently that we adopt that version of 'Anarchy In Th UK' that is popular with a lot of clubs at the moment. Our version could go something like this: I am a Glaswegian I am a Thistle fan I know what I want and I know how to get it I want to destroy the Old Firm! 'cause I wanna be PTFC! Stole from Ayr, they have been singing a version of this for 2 years. So because of this, I'm out. Like it tho.

Guy Incognito
The Bridge, the bridge will tear you apart again to the tune of love will tear us apart It's certainly an improvement on the one that was sung yesterday, to the tune of the theme song from fecking Heartbeat! Tom Stronach
I'd die if we ever created an "ultras" group. Leave that shite to the Old Firm. With their silly stickers all over the town and their kid-on casuals. They're an absolute embarrassment. We have plenty of good songs as it is. Cracking atmosphere at Somerset with Mary fae Maryhill and the tractor song getting a good airing.

Kirkie Jag
I would like it if we had an 'anthem' like song instead of just chants. All of our songs last under a minute. Something like 'You'll never walk alone', always think it sounds decent when Liverpool sing that during the last 5 minutes of a game. My lack of creativity is affecting me picking a song. lennythistle
I posted one on the Facebook page but I know that we'd never take it up as it is to the tune of "fields of athenry" and Liverpool call fields of Anfield Road. See I'm not into the fact people won't sing a song due to it being a "celtic" song, or a song sung by any other team. Any song sung would be a thistle song, as it would be about thistle.....just to the tune of ....well whatever the tune we decide to sing it to. any way, here is my offering. Oh oh, our dreams , down Firhill Road. Where once we watched the King of Spain play. Bobby Lawrie, on the wing We had dreams and songs to sing Oh the glory , of our dreams down Firhill Road. nickywalkerfanclub
Stick to the classics these new songs about players etc make my toes curl in cringing embarrassment. Also its aggro not shed boys, worst of all though is hearing people singing the tartan tranny version of 'comin down the road'
