  1. no matter what anyone thinks about the Joma deal, surely we all agree the away strip is rank rotten
  2. I agree, how can you possibly judge on a few starts and the rest as sub appearances
  3. even unrestricted is a crap view, we get stuck in a corner
  4. I think most refs would have booked him in that incident
  5. it's got to be top league goal scorer then, as only Kris Doolan managed it as a Jag
  6. you still say former Jag John Baird, do you know something we don't?
  7. i know, but a 6-1 doing was worth them getting to the group stages
  8. I guess they all scored against us at some point, not sure about Chappy though
  9. I doubt if it was related to the Forsyth transfer, but maybe somebody will know. I just remember the score (lost 3-0) and the likes of Best & Charlton playing
  10. no, i was too young, but I remember the game happening
  11. It must be more than that as Archie says in Express & Record that they will get a 5 figure sum
  12. I think Celtic tried to 'steal' Mo Johnston for about £100K a few months before he went to Watford for double that amount
  13. Brilliant stuff so far, thanks guys
  14. Correct. Ross, Flea & Milne were ripping them to shreds in the 2nd half. I couldn't believe we ended up losing that game
  15. goes for nothing really Will. Derek McInnes failed miserably at Bristol after doing well at Perth, and now seems to doing a decent job at Aberdeen

2 and a bit seasons where we took him from part time to full time makes him a tremendous servant?
  17. how many overage players are teams allowed to play? I see from Twitter that Hutton was stretchered off & we're 1 down just after half time
  18. pm'd you. Got back a month ago, so got to most games before Celtic this season
  19. another handball in the box by Goodwin again today and no penalty given. No idea of the circumstances, but just saying
  20. I still believe that if the ref that day (Kenny Clark?) had done his job & sent him off it would never have got near a court
  21. what's made up about it? He saw a handball & never gave a penalty, so he chose to ignore it. Fact. He indicated to Bannigan the arm was at his side which it clearly wasn't. I'm not making anything up
  22. Disagree, if a player isn't good enough he is dropped by his club or possibly transferred out. If a ref or assistant isn't good enough they should drop down the leagues (I don't mean for a single decision). Beaton is supposedly good enough for the FIFA list yet chose to ignore (or somehow didn't see) a blatantant handball on Saturday. He also sent off & gave a penalty against a Hearts player earlier in the season when the ball clearly struck his head. These were clear cut incidents he got wrong and he should be marked down on them
