  1. A young lad made the decision
  2. Definitely cements Sneddon as no. 1 and next announcement will be that Mitchell has left
  3. Peter Bonetti ex-Chelsea was known as the cat
  4. I’m sure he will as he’s obviously not displacing Sneddon and probably feels he’s the better keeper. Ross Stewart’s stats are hardly inspiring. 28 years old and his only regular first team football was for Albion Rovers 2015-2017
  5. I would imagine the parent club can cut a loan short. Like I said it was only a rumour I heard but it came from someone who’s usually fairly accurate with what he tells me
  6. I heard a nasty rumour today that we might lose Neilson and McMillan. Hope it’s not true
  7. Correct. Unless the Raith game is rescheduled earlier or we beat Ross C in the Cup & get a home draw in the next round
  8. Some increase in Raith’s average. Dunfermline & DU attendances will have been pretty big plus them doing well helps too
  9. https://ptfc.co.uk/ptfc-news/signing-news-luke-mcbeth-signs-an-18-month-contract/?fbclid=IwAR1DlYYNpL8zVHRCfHZIPpO3OpfgTqxq8EdjQ7C64uGDp6HLnx8hbWHStuo_aem_AYyZfmz4UKQSeAWRWT9mMYTrCplaEL3387gs63XC63sSxj0qjHC7-ai-gDmmCmYMiVk first one in, defensive midfielder
  10. Happy New Year to all Jaggy’s everywhere
  11. Really? That’s so strange as he never gets a game. I’m not sure if he’s injured just now but even when fit earlier in the season he just disappeared from the starting XI
  12. Merry Xmas to all Jags fans 🇧🇪
  13. we were defending a draw today! at least that's what it seemed like in the 2nd half.
  14. Zander did come on, albeit very late on. Although they dominated much of the play they rarely threatened and Sneddon hardly needed to make a save
  15. I wasn’t aware. Strange he was on the bench for 2 games though
  16. Banzo’s been on the bench the last 2 games after being dropped. I don’t think he was injured. So unless Dools decides to change a winning team I’d be surprised to see him start
  17. As long as I can remember we’ve always sat back on leads late on. I’m not sure if we do it more than any other teams at our level
  18. I was at that game but missed kickoff. i got told the score when I got there and thought we won 9-4, so I guess I missed a goal somewhere in the count 😆
  19. Bang on MJ. Tonight's winner was just like the RC equaliser that led to our demise in the play off final, a quick play at a set piece completely took us apart. I really wonder if we need some form of defensive coaching as our management team were both forwards
  20. Nelson was penalised and tried to block the free kick but was too slow to react and was 30 yards out of position as a result of quick thinking by Raith, something they did all night. I’ve noticed many times recently that when we win free kicks the opposition either get hold of the ball or stand over it. Quite often they seem to have 1 or 2 players delegated to do that task. It’s something we’re quite naive with.
  21. Our defending is diabolical. Just saw the winner again. It’s never a free kick but any of our opponents would stand over the taker or kick the ball away but we stand back and get caught with the quickly taken free kick again.
  22. Pish poor but never a corner
