  1. Depends who you ask. Uberteeb might want to propose you for some form of euthenasia for a statement like that.
  2. Anyone else think that GH today esembles Bobby Williiamson on the night that Albertini scored in the 114th minute at the Ruchill end? Anyway well done to the pie-merchants!!
  3. If (when) Ross County go up, they will be up for a very long time. And, irrespective of what may be happening down Copland Road way, it will be excellent for Scottish football.
  4. Great effort from players and fans alike. Like others have stated, I'd have bitten your hand off for a point at 1000 this morning. Happy with the outcome and to see us put a run together, Raith apart.
  5. If the SFA/SPL/SFL/Chic Young/Hugh Keevins don't conform to UEFA's wishes then UEFA would be quite correct to exercise sanctions v the participation of the national team. The future of Scottish football from top to bottom hangs on how Rangers (in whatever form they survive) are disciplined for this episode. That includes the SFA/SPL/SFL. UEFA will be watching very carefully, rest assured. And thank f*** that they are.
  6. He's good, but he's not THAT good.
  7. No, I'm with you on that one. Doolan's was a Bergkampesque take and turn in one to wrong foot his marker, followed by a clinical finish. Erskine's was a good burst of pace from the half-way line to beat his man, and to his credit, a cool, well-placed finish when it would have been easy to choose to blast it instead, and put it over the bing. Now had Erskine been able to apply that finish to his earlier run.........................
  8. On the basis of the behaviour described that earned him his red card, plus the good performance yesterday, then NO.
  9. We've won today, but not only that, none of the ugly triple (OF and Cl*d*) plus QP have done so! From a recent thread, I vividly remember the Saturday in 2000 when we beat Queen's Park at Hampden through Danny Lennon's goal, whilst the other three all lost. Can any other statto identify those weekends when the Jags were the only winner in the face of the four usual suspects?
  10. For the benefit of us nomads - what happened to Kris Doolan?? Great result - well done to the players in particular, but also the fans who were present to support the team.
  11. Well, scoring goals smells good. Scoring more goals than the opposition smells even better. Scoring more goals than the opposition in successive games would smell best!!
  12. Because we got loaned the wrong Naismith?
  13. Anyone care to give a concise summary of what happened during the game for this nomad, please? I mean, penalty miss? WTF was that about????????
  14. Yep. He scored three that day. Freddy Van der Hoorn walks into the team.
  15. Who scored for us, and when?
  16. Hall of the Mountain King - The Who
  17. A few facts about that day - both of the ugly sisters got gubbed, as did Gypsy FC. QP were actually top of the league before the game (4 wins out of 4). At the end of the season they were relegated!!!
  18. You forgot about Nacho Novo.
  19. Once JaggyMac gets a forward (preferably two) that can play with Doolan, we'll be fine. Meantime, chill Hamilton Jag.
