am i getting old or does any one else remember Donnie mckinnon ever present no.5 in the 60s...most players now a days don't hang around for to long for them to become legends .dools except..
can remember going down to rugby park early 70s with the north west bus stopping at the malletsuch inn newton mearns when it was a real pub.always got a result..
cant see why archie is not starting with him every week.He has been our best no.9. for many a year. I don't believe we would be 2nd bottom had he being playing more regular from the start...
I would second that a very forward thinking idea . any opportunity to fill seats in the J.h.S. is always welcome. Hope the team can put on a performance that will make them come back and pay an entrance fee next time..
So sorry to hear this sad news. I was only watching him.in grasping the thistle on Tuesday night. The smile on his face when he got the safety certificate for the stadium allowing us to play in the premier league was as wide as the J.H.S. stand.. R.I.P. Brown...
i would normally make the effort to go to most places mid week dundee , perth, edinberg .ayr, even berwick . but i am afraid inversnecky is just a bridge to far.....mon the jags..
its got to be
you are my kingsley my only kingsley
you make us happy when skys are grey
you will never know how much we love you
please dont take our kingsley away..
sung to the tune of ;you are my sunshing; ...simples..
