  1. That's both scary and brilliant at the same time.
  2. Oh, thanks. Will give that a go, but knowing the Beeb, probably not on.
  3. Although today's match is at our "home" ground, I believe that we're officially the "away" team. Am I right in thinking that there'll be no live free stream for this one?
  4. Ah, got it! Interesting stat.... Suggests predictability!
  5. Doesn't that then also apply to whoever they were playing at the time?
  6. D you remember where that game was played? Anniesland?
  7. Must be one of the worst results in the Reserves' history....... or do those calamities get covered up?
  8. Did I read that right???? Did our Reserves lose 10-0 against Hamilton Accies Reserves??? Gotta ask: Who was in goal, if anybody?
  9. ETA: And the newspapers know it. But the number of copies sold is the bottom line.
  10. Yes, I wonder what would be the outcome if a referee warned a Jags player about no more "back chat" and the latter responded with: "I don't care!" Anyway, the game as a whole is fixed, as much as possible (for those in power`), at all levels (maybe not always, to avoid obvious and justified suspicion) so that an erse-cheek (which one decided on by the various media and internal consultations) will win whichever competition is involved. Any occasional "blips" are permitted to reinforce the illusion that everything is legitimate. The system is rotten. To the core. And people involved in the core know it.
  11. That looks like a sensible "Devil's advocate" question to me. It raises the question about whether fans' forums need to (or should) be informed of all the details that are going on at the club. And then, could misinformation be deliberately released.?...... And then could counter-misinformation be put out by rivals..... etc. etc. ? Ma heid's buzzled!
  12. All proceeds to the club: A nice gesture indeed by Mr. French.
  13. In the match preview Doolan said he'd "rolled his ankle."
  14. I can't remember an Aidrie team playing such a slick and fast passing game. Made our's look clumsy and pedestrian (which it was). I wish we could sign their player, Megwa
  15. Slows the game right down or else puts the team into reverse with 9 out of every 10 passes. Williams gives me the heebee jeebees; far too slow and casual on the ball.
  16. Lawless has been great for us. The contract extension is excellent news.
  17. I thought Alston had a pretty solid game on Saturday, and he looked like he could get even better. And Stanway was very good; his best game yet, based on my live stream viewing, which is mostly restricted to matches at Firhill.
  18. Caldwell was never a Jag. A jag maybe, but never a Jag.
  19. Don't forget, if we win, either the arabs or the tarts will knock us out in the next round. Home or away, it's inevitable, so let's at least get a win today.
  20. They're doing really well, long may it continue!
  21. Thought this might be of interest: Ayr United have got some major work going on at the open terracing across from their stand. Already got the frame of a roof on.
