The Dundee Courier merely says Bowie was "in the pavilion" when Thistle scored. The Sunday Post says he went off to change a torn jersey. Jimmy Bone in the background with I think the great Joe Wark ('Well's equivalent of Jackie Campbell as a great one-club man and who died last year) on the far post and Bobby Watson, subsequently a Thistle Director, and Tom "Jaws" Forsyth who went on to play for Rangers & Scotland looking on.
