jlsarmy
Stuart received his injury playing for us and that to me means a hell of a lot. I wouldn't support a club that would've cast him adrift. Put another way I would feel more than uneasy supporting a club that's sole player policy was based on purely commercial judgement. Totally agree with you , hopefully that will be recprocated when Banzo is fully fit and he signs a 1 year extension to his contract.

Lenziejag
We seem to have been a bit unlucky in the last few season with long term injuries :- Welsh was missing for the best part of a season and a half. Fraser seems to be perpetually injured Elliot has been out for quite some time too Dumbaya for 9 months or so Bannigan
Garscube Road End
Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but a two year contract is looking like an act of folly now.
sb1876
I think a 2 year deal is good for both, we should have more than a year of a fully fit Bannigan. The club knew he had a 3-6 month injury, as it's turned out to be much longer lay off we should still have him back well before pre season. I doubt that he'd have signed a 3 year deal so hopefully as some others suggest we can get him signed up on a years extension once he's fit or, if he does leave during year 2 we'd get a bit of a fee from someone interested in taking a quality player before the end of his contract.
